Guys are the best. I'm a complete novice but they told me everything that I needed to know to put on a rubber roof by myself. Great stock of materials and very friendly.

I bought 46 foam insulation boards. I ended up purchasing the wrong kind and brought them back about a week later. I was working and needed to rent a trailer to bring them back. I kept them indoors away from the elements during this time.

The first load of 24 were returned relatively easily- manager inspected and saw they were not exposed to water. (I had wrapped them back in bulk packaging and cling wrapped to protect them as well.)
The next load of 22 the manager gave me a hard time, saying he didn't have room in his warehouse and that he could not take them bec it was opened out of the packaging (they are bulk packed in 24- I made him aware that the package was already opened to give me 22 out of the 24 bulk pack on purchase.) Manager Steve rolled his eyes then returned the product. After some time he came out with my return receipt for 20. He refunded 20, when I told him I had 22 (he had counted them before he took them) he said "well then I got two for free"
I asked them if that is how he does business in his establishment, and brought up the return policy on the website. These units were not used and kept in the exact shape I got them in. He rolled his eyes again and completed my return. When he came back I kept quiet and was leaving but he continued trying to argue and insinuating that I am a liar.

Diferent from our local ABC but the stuff is, reliable and very good at what they do, definitely recommend
