Great customer service related to Safe Water Test for my home - patience in answering my questions, fair price, efficient process, quick turnaround time, friendly and attention to detail staff.

ABE Labs test our water yearly for our business. Never had any issues and everyone is always pleasant.

Been using ABE labs for nearly 10 years on a monthly basis. They remind me if I'm approaching the deadline. Every year they prepackage twelve sampling bottle sets along with a form pre-printed with name and address, one set for each month. The staff is unfailingly courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not ask for better!

The folks at ABE Laboratories were incredibly helpful with our first experience in getting our well water tested. We were unsure of what tests were needed and how the process worked, but they kindly explained all the details to us. They also provided very clear directions for how to go about collecting the water, which was very helpful. The results came back within the week time frame that they provided, along with suggestions for how to address any issues. We are very pleased with the level of detail and support provided by ABE Laboratories, and will certainly go back when we need our water tested again!

Last year I was forced to use another lab, because they installed my UV filter. I missed ABE labs and their efficiency! Other labs take way longer to give you your results! The process is easy and they staff is super friendly! I'm on my way to drop off our test now!
