Dr. Neal Varghese was able to identify my skin issue and I got treated. The staff was friendly and great caring demeanor from Dr. Varghese. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Varghese.

I absolutely had an amazing and positive 2nd opinion experience. Jennifer Romania was so kind and knowledgeable, she listened to me (which most physicians do not do) and answered all my questions. She gave me hope that my skin will be clear again, and never pushed in prescribing Accutane. I will be definitely recommending my friends and family here.

I was told I had a fungal infection when I did not. Even had a test done and the nurse didn’t know how to read the results and told me I had the infection and was prescribing me cream and cream. Saw different doctors every time and would have to explain to them the problem each time and they would tell me different things than the previous doctor. Just to be told by one of the main doctors at my last visit that I didn’t even have to treat the problem. Horrible experience that has left my skin permanently damaged in a sensitive area. Don’t go here.

Went there three times. Paid a ton of money for the visit and products they told me to use and they didn’t even work! It is a waste of money and time. They asked me what do I use on my skin? So I told them and they said keep using it. If it was working I wouldn’t be here! When I called to speak to my dermatologist Cassandra they acted like they didn’t want me to talk to her over the phone. They took down my number and she never called me! I tried again a few weeks later and still no call. I will never go back, this place is a joke but it’s my fault because I knew they were no good after the first time but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Trying another dermatology office hopeful they are better than this although I’m sure it can’t be any worse than this.

The nurses, doctors, and PAs are very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very well taken care of the day I was there. The office is updated and clean.

Great experience. Had a 8: 15 AM appointment in the Jenkintown office and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. I checked in and was immediately taken to an exam room, asked a few normal medical questions and was told I would be seen shortly. A few minutes later I was greeted by Cassandra Cohen. I could not have asked for a nicer person. She did a very thorough exam. She had time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed. She was very professional and I will never go to any one else. She works in both offices (Jenkinton and Warminster). Please ask for her, you will not be disappointed.

I JUST CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HUSBAND, WHO HAS BEEN THERE BERFORE, OK, HE HAS AN ITCHY SKIN PROBLEM, AND THE RUDE LADY TOLD ME I CANNOT GET AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL OCTOBER, I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS, GUESS I WILL GO LOOK FOR SOMEONE WHO CARES!

Now waiting on office manager to call my wife. Regarding a bill for my son whom I did not want to go in the office alone. I went in for my own visit and left my son playing games on my phone in waiting room. I came out after 20 or so minutes to find out they saw my son alone in the exam room alone.my wife has left numerous messages w no return call.and now I have a $60 some odd dollar bill. I spoke w office manager and listened to her spin.

Really nice staff, not a long wait to be seen but I have been there 3 times and they still have not figured out what is causing my skin irritation and each time a different script and still no success. I wish they would get it right on the ext visit but their hours end at 3: 30pm on one day 4pm on another day.banker hours but still a nice place.

I love love this dermatologist office! I met with Dr. Charlie. He was very nice and my results are amazing! I have suffered with psoriasis for many years and after my treatment I have zero dry or irritated skin. I highly recommend this doctor and office.

The most efficient practice I have ever visited. The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Charlie Capaci performed a simple skin biopsy, was professional and quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes, didn't even have to wait. Wish all doctors offices were like this!

Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist. This practice is the worst. The front office staff are rude and not helpful. The doctor is in and out of the room in less than three minutes. You are treated like a piece of meat rather than a human being.

The doctors are amazing- they really do know their stuff! The only complaint I have is that they don't spend very much time with you. You're in and out right away.which is great sometimes, but when you're suffering from a skin condition that's been extremely emotionally draining, all you want is compassion. I think the staff is just ok- they're short with you and curt- not rude.but robotic? My face is 100% clear now so I would recommend going to them. I'm very happy with the results.
