Abington Ob/gyn Associates reviews
11I've been a patient here for a few years, seeing several different doctors. I had my annual check-up today and, while it was speedier than in the past, I did not feel rushed. Dr. Warsetsky took the time to help me clear up some clutter in my records caused by the latest software transition, answered my questions, and the exam was professional and comfortable.
After close to 30 years I will be finding another practice. They don’t call you back, they lose things, they don’t care. Not sure if anyone passes your requests on to the doctor, I would hope so, but it seems they do not since you don’t get a call back even for urgent requests. They don’t seem to know anything about you, even though you have been a long time patient. I know they say they are changing systems, but you can’t use that excuse. Show some concern for your patients.
No one answers the phone or answers voicemails. Impossible to make an appointment. I am trying to switch practices and the person who does the files told me “we switched systems so I won’t be able to transfer your files for weeks to months” The staff is not friendly or helpful. I would give it a 0 if I could.
It’s such a shame that this office has gone so far downhill. To echo the other comments, they absolutely will not answer phone calls, return voicemails, or even confirm appointments. They also lack such communication that they don’t know what kind of insurance they accept or not. They are not accommodating to say the least and I look forward to never returning here. The reception team should really be looked into.
No one answer the phone or returns a call. How is a functioning doctors office operating like this? It’s horrible and unacceptable.
I’ve been trying to get an appointment for over a month now. No one calls back, you can’t get through and when you do it’s, “ let me take your information so someone can call and schedule you an appointment”. It has yet to happen. Years ago I had nothing but good things to say because I’ve always had a positive experience here, not so much now. Regardless of covid and heavy call volume, getting a patient an appointment should still be a priority.especially when you don’t know the severity of how bad one may need an appointment. It’s just ridiculous at this point.
It’s absolutely horrible how no answers the phone and then when they finally do they don’t even help you solve your issue. I’ve called 7 times and I’m still trying to reach someone.
I have been a patient for several years and, previously, would have nothing but positive things to say. Not now. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with thr office to make an appointment - nobody answers the phone or returns messages. It is unacceptable and I am not sure how a doctor's office can function like that. Might be time to find a new doctor.
This office never return calls or return calls.there is no answer from them.how to get a pregnant woman to the doctor? I can't get through for three weeks. I leave messages and no one calls back. I need to prescribe apoitment, I have a high risk of pregnancy, high blood pressure.
I’ve had multiple negative experiences with this office. If you call and leave a voicemail, it takes multiple days to receive a response. I encountered this issue personally, my pharmacy also ran into issues with getting in touch with the office. The pharmacy was unable to get a hold of the office to refill a prescription. It took 6 days to get in touch with the office, and then they called it into the wrong pharmacy. This happened to me twice! Another time, I called to ask for information about Zika and pregnancy and was belittled by the nurse for inquiring about the issue.
I do not recommend, and I will be switching my Obgyn.
Receptionist refused to help me; gave me a horrible attitude; raised her voice; and proceeded to hang up on me. All I was trying to do was get my medicine. This Office treats its patients as if they meant nothing. I would not recommend this obgyn; if there’s another one even an hour away please do yourself a favor and go to a doctor who cares about you and your body; it’s obvious that these people don’t.
