Shannon is an amazing attorney. I highly recommend her if you are getting a divorce. She was able to negotiate and get me everything I wanted. You will not be disappointed with her work!

TR was a great attorney. My husband & I utilized him. The case went better than we had anticipated as best case scenario. TR worked diligently & communicated effectively. We will forever recommend him to anyone & utilize him if we ever need an attorney for anything.

Thanks for everything, TR!

I had worked with Shannon to navigate the obtuse requirements of having my name legally changed. Shannon met and exceeded my expectations and made the entire process easy and simple. Her communication was clear and frequent and at no time did I feel that I had been forgotten or unimportant.

Wouldn't even give them a star to be honest they are horrible & will charge thousands of dollars take ur money & not even fight for u. They will put THEIR CLIENTS CASE out there for everyone to see. Very unprofessional & not good lawyers at all. They just money hungry chargin up the azz just for u to cop out n take the plea deal they wont even try to fight for u. If u dnt wanna go to prison for yrs or waste money i wld suggest not hiring them. They will just lie to u tell u wat u wanna hear then flip on u. Do urself a favor n just dnt. Ull b savin urself n ur freedom 100%.

Shannon is the real deal, a complete package. As someone who works in Harrisburg at the state legislature and being familiar with the broad range and practice areas of attorneys, Shannon is one of the most promising legal minds I've had the pleasure of working with. I retained Shannon's counsel to help me with a trying custody battle and she did not disappoint; never relenting until the goals in my case were won and actualized. What really sets Shannon apart is that in addition to an encyclopedic knowledge of the law, firm professionalism, and sharp strategics, is her unwavering commitment to serve her clients with an unparalleled emotional intelligence. I never once questioned her ability to serve my desired interests and the necessary communication skills to thoroughly understand and be sensitive to those interests. A top-of-her-class scholar, Shannon is the best of the best.

Please read and listen to the negative reviews. I hired Stephanie for an unbelievably important criminal and custody case. My co-defendant who had a PUBLIC DEFENDER and an identical case to me got the charges all but dropped while I am stuck with a felony and incarceration and over a year probation. Stephanie continiously dropped the ball, was regularly unprepared. NEVER called/emailed/anything to update me on the case. A YEAR AND CHANGE LATER she is STILL not familiar with any of the details of my case. HOW can you properly defend a client when you dont even know the details of the case?
Also, I was sent a newly graduated lawyer to fill-in for her several times and Stephanie never briefed the fill-in attorney on my case. How am I supposed to defend myself when I have a lawyer who doesnt even know the details of the case?

I was continually given wrong information in regards to my case and to top it off, she messed up and made a mistake during my plea agreement at court. She stated that I SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP at the hearing in front of the judge? !? I'm sorry but excuse me? I dont think that would have gone over well me interupting her and the DA to inform them that they had made a mistake. Also, I was incredibly nervous as I was being sentenced as well as I was hoping that my attorney that I had paid tens of thousands of dollars to defend me would have at least gotten the information correct. I am waiting to hear back from one of their other attorneys to see if they can file an appeal on behalf of the inadequacy of defense before I file a complaint with the bar association on her behalf. I am looking to obtain legal assistance elsewhere if they are unwilling to attempt to do what little can be done to correct this. They have no problem taking your money but do little if anything to actually defend your case. They do less than a public defender. I wish I had listened to the reviews when I had originally read them months ago.

I helped my brother handle his family law case, including hiring an attorney. Shannon Costa came highly recommended. Working with Shannon was a joy. She was accommodating of our situation and skillfully handled my brother's case even though we retained her on relatively short notice. She answered all our questions and responded quickly to my emails and phone calls. She was confident and well-prepared for my brother's court date. My brother and I are extremely satisfied with her representation and will be retaining her again should the need arise.

I hired Shannon Costa for a case. Ms. Costa was able to work quickly and diligently. She responded quickly to any question that I had. She was very caring and personable. Ms. Costa was very knowledgable and explained the entire process to me. She was amazing and I will be sure to always hire her if I were to need legal help in the future. Ms. Costa was able to get me the outcome that I wanted!

Very professional and helpful. Attorney Todd Williams Jr made the process very clear and easy to understand. He took the time to answer any questions I had. And even though I retained him 3 days before my court case he was able to get everything prepared in time. I would 100% recommend Abom & Kutulakis to any one in need of legal representation.

I recently required the legal services and representation of Attorney Jay Abom. Mr. Abom was thoughtful in my legal plight, informative of what legal options were available to me, and comforting when the inevitable stressors of the arduous legal process began to take their toll. I will always recommend that anyone in need of legal representation seek out Attorney Jay Abom and his remarkable team.

Attorney Shannon Costa saved her firm from a 1 star review.

I was referred to Jay’s practice by an old friend of his (attorney Ron Costen) years ago, but my daughters mom and I were able to work things out. This time we didn’t work things out. She was breaking our court order and I needed professional help so Ron encouraged me to go to Jay’s again.

My first consultation with them was nearly worthless. I got the most basic information for the first 10 minutes of the session without getting a word in and the guy tried to end the paid consultation 20-25 minutes early. At least Shannon was there to take notes which helped later on.

I was frustrated, but was referred to attorney Stephanie Cesare so I gave them another shot and Shannon was there for the consultation again. I found out that the first guy I consulted with was no longer with the practice which explained why he was so checked out. I was impressed Shannon remembered a lot from our first consultation from weeks ago and felt much better about moving forward with attorney Cesare.

After the consultation I didn’t hear much from Stephanie and a couple emails went unanswered. I could go into further detail about the disappointments I had with Stephanie, but won’t. Simply put, she missed filing a couple things that I thought she said she would file (request for special relief and contempt) and it became clear to me that she didn’t have time for my case. This wouldn’t have been so stressful if I didn’t realize this 11 days before I was set for trial with the judge. It was at that time I asked if Shannon could step in to represent me and thankfully she could!

What a world of difference. Shannon listened and was attentive. I felt like she cared about my case and never left me guessing. My daughter started kindergarten so the decisions to be made would influence the next 13 years of her life. Shannon was on top of everything and she represented me exceptionally well. Words fail to express the gratitude I have for her representation. I could not have done this on my own. Thank you Shannon Costa!
