I was SHOCKED after dealing with other home care agencies and was ready to give up until I found AccuCare! The have been GREAT for my grand mom. For anyone who is interested in getting home care services, I highly recommend using them. Our caregivers have been consistent, on-time, and really do care! 5 stars for AccuCare and more if google would let me!

This agency really help to make sure you have a full schedule. Whenever you run into a problem they help the best way possible.

They offer great professional personal service! They even hire family members, no spouses though. There's a law against that now. Stupid law!
Anyways, it's a great company. The owner is very nice!

I been with Accucare a little over 4 months now. The staff is pleasant and So far everything has been good. They offered me direct deposit and 10 days (wish it was 15 days) PAID vacation which are the two things I was looking for from an agency. The hourly rate could be a little better but other than that I haven’t experienced anything that’s bad. I would recommend the agency if you are a HHA looking for the two benefits I mentioned above.

Twice in the past 3 months they have delayed their paychecks. Once was for over a week because they didnt have funds. Made an excuse that they left everyone's check outside the office. This last time it was because of someone forgetting to send in the direct deposit to the banks. I assume that this is another lie. They constantly lie and point fingers on why the money isn't in the account. I would never send my parents to their care. Complety unprofessional and sketchy company. Im not sure how the health board allows them to stay in business. How a patient's wellbeing can be left in their care. People have bills to pay and clearly these people are incompetent of running a business.

The best place I ever worked, I had left for a short time but came back because Patriot home care sucks, Accucare is so much better

These people are a joke the lack of professionalism is ridiculous! Seems as though they literally hire anyone off the streets of Allentown, including "nurses" that clearly have little to no experience on how to take care of a sick person. I worked for them for about a month received 2 pay checks and 1 of them was short on money which when i reported it i was told by the office manager or what ever she is that i was going to receive a check which of course was a complete lie, then i get a call from my bank that the check bounced! Which was so embarrassing.i just got my W2 in the mail which is entirely incorrect and reeks of FRAUD.currently my little brother receives care from 2 nurses in the agency and my plan is to take him out as soon as possible. Anyone looking for a home care agency to care for your loved ones or even yourself please do not go to these people there are plenty of other agency's in the ABE area that wayyyy better then these fools, and anyone looking for a job RUN! You'll never get paid. (By the way the only reason i gave them a star is because i wouldn't have been able to post my comment without a star rating, but if it were up to me i would have given them no start rating!)

Do not work for the harrisburg office they are Horrible and will treat you like your nothing to them. They dont care about anyone but them selfs. They will curse at you scream at you. They will give you a whole case and then take you off of it a week later and you will have no hours. They chose who they favor they disrespect you. Your pay always gets mest up. They also talk to other caregivers about you. This is the worst company i have ever worked for if i were you i would not apply here you will be misable and wont have a job for very long.
