Cashiers are very rude and very unprofessional. Always on their phones and Always lying saying the MoneyGram system is down when you want to send money just because they don’t want to do their job. If your really hate yours jobs think about finding another. And the sad part nothing have done to change this rudeness.
She took the time to get what I needed done and she didn't stop into it was all done I'm very happy.
I went in there today & I went to the lady in the far right corner & she was just plain rude. Every time somebody walked in, she was huffing and puffing, Rolling eyes and she was even on the phone giving somebody else attitude. She gots to go, seriously! Talking about “OH MY GOD! ” Girl if you don’t like the job, just leave!
Big mistake going here. Cashier was unprofessional and on her phone. They don't cash any checks from government agencies so don't waste your time. I normally don't go to these places but needed the cash right away. Went to a different company and had no problem.
The customer resp was very nice and understanding.she made answered all my questions.
Been with them for over 10 years never had a bad experience with them
