Ace Designs Inc. reviews
3I have worked with Ace Designs for almost 10 years in my professional career in retail. From 1 store to scaled executions of 50+ doors, and most recently with a 3-door retail chain, Ace Design has treated each project with intense care, worked under tight deadlines, and treated our small scale business as if it were a national retail chain. Melissa is an incredible rep & project manager, who has gone out of her way to accommodate wild ideas, quick shipping needs, delivery to stores, to name a few. Incredibly grateful to the entire Ace team & their work for our businesses of the years.
3/30/2023: Response to the Owner: You or whomever runs your company never bothered to contact me for any preliminary interview for the position I applied for so don't even go there. You just see fit on where you want to place individuals without even talking with them face to face.

I applied for an administrative assistant position at this place; I have over 20 years experience now let's be clear the last office position I worked was in 2019 but I have not forgotten any of the hands on training I received throughout my 20 year career. I worked with all levels of management. This place decided that I would be more suitable for their Assembly/Fabricator Manufacturing position. I am 58 years old and I am NOT "senile" and do not appreciate on being disrespected by individuals who decided where a person fits within their company without a proper interview and giving that person the benefit of the doubt whether they can or cannot do a job. Personally, this is age discrimination to the fullest and especially since I am not good enough for the office position I applied for. Obviously, not of these companies today, don't care about who has the experience in their professional field, they place you on where they see fit.
A good place to work. They don't have very many employees but if they ever needed to replace one I would definitely try to work there.
