Good place to go instead of the big box stores. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have most of the stuff you need and at a decent price.

I went yesterday (May 1st) to get a new float for my toilet. The guy behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch his name) knew precisely where they were and I found it instantly. And it was actually cheaper than what I had researched online. Nice to be able to find what you're looking for right away, get in/out quickly and have friendly, knowledgeable staff!:)

Always friendly and helpful.my delta faucet bought there had a defect and because i saved tbe receipt on this lifetime warranty product Ace was a le to do the hassle free exchange instead of me having to go through manufacturer.
I will continue to hit thornridge hardware before driving to home depot for my home repair needs.

Having lived in Fairless Hills, PA, since 2007 I stumbled into this store quite by accident. I knew it was there but I always went to the big orange store for my home improvement needs. I also relied on "Sears Hardware" in Deon Square, for tools and lawn and garden supplies. When Sears closed the hardware store, and the last few times I went to Big Orange and wandered way too long, never finding what I needed, it was time for a change.

Enter Thornridge Ace Hardware. When I went into the store the first time it was like stepping back in time, to when my father and I would go to our local hardware store in the 60's and 70's. I was greeted upon entering and asked if I could use help finding things. This store has it all, which makes it awesome because I know they'll have it, but it has SO MUCH it's easy to get disoriented looking around. I have come back to this store for ALL my home needs. The personal service, surly as it can be at times, is second to NONE! They know what you need or want and they have it.

My wife and I just finished redoing our dining room and living room with fresh paint. The dining room we had a handyman do the labor, and we arranged for a painter to paint our 24' x 24' living room with the cathedral ceilings, but he quit when he realized he grossly underbid the job. Off my wife and I went to Ace, the place with the helpful hardware people! Spackle, paint, brushes, rollers, drywall repair corners, they had it all and helped us choose the right product for the job.

Honestly, I should probably give them "5 Stars" but I figure everyone needs to strive to be better. I know that the next project we decide to tackle will be successful thanks to the helpful people at Thornridge Ace Hardware!

Have been shopping at this hardware store for over 30 years always very helpful prices are extremely competitive much rather go there than Home Depot or Lowe's. Even if I have to pay a little more at times I don't mind because the service there is always worth it. Knowledge and service sometimes you can't put a price on that.

Waited patiently for someone to help me with paint, in line at the register. Person who appeared to be the owner did not even acknowledge me, looked right past me to help the male customer behind me.

Great hardware store, Great personal service. Its been here for at least 40 or so years.
I go in this store and don't get lost, or wander isles looking for someone.
If you don't know, ask.they do.or know where to direct you.
They are familiar with a lot of the old original Levittown houses plumbing and electrical systems, and can help you out with information.
From simple to complex.
I walk in with some old broken part in my hand and they can guide me to what I need.
I trust them. They are good.

Awesome hardware store. You will not wander around aimlessly as there is always a number of people around to help you find what you need. Prices are very competitive and often less than the big box stores. This place should always be your first stop on any project.
