The person who “assisted “ me here made three mistakes in my five minutes visit:
1- Chose the wrong physician name did not confirm it with me. As a result Quest sent my test results to a random doctor in a random state. I called Quest customer service several time and yet they haven’t been able to clean her mess.
2-Typed in my insurance information incorrectly and Quest billed me directly. Now I have to go through tons of phone calls and paperworks.
3- Last and worst: Did not label my sampled in front of me and dis not ask me to confirm my name on samples. She just grabbed samples in one hand and labels in another hand and ran out.
I tried to reach out to her manager via direct number I got from Quest customer service but no one picked up. Her mess has delayed my treatment and costed me a fortune: (

It is shocking to me how some people talk to the staff there. One lady in the waiting room told ACL-staff-Margie she “shouldn't have to wait because she had to get to work. " When Margie explained that the people who had been served before her had made an appointment the woman still expected to be taken in next before anyone else anyway and became even louder and obscene. The sting of this public-humiliation that Margie had to endure from this entitled, foul mouth, socially inappropriate, woman was hard to watch. That kind of treatment should not be part of anyone’s job description.

For my job I needed to do a drug screen. I have been to 3 different locations and everytime there was an issue why they couldn't do it. The main excuse was their system was down, after calling them daily the phebotomist eventually left me.on hold and hung up later. I used to work for acl and cannt believe this

Understaffed. Staff seems overworked and unwilling/unable to go out of their way to help patients. The electronic handicap wall button does not work for both of their entrance doors, making it difficult for anyone in a wheelchair. Just being there made me sad. ACL needs to step it up and appropriately staff and maintain this location. The (one any only) woman working there told me that starting next week they are operating by appointment only- NO WALK-INS accepted. Just an FYI

Always a good experience at this location. Service is quick with an appointment. Service is reasonable when going as a walk in. Clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere here. Covid safety protocols are being practiced and enforced by the staff.

Thank you Margie for helping me relax while drawing blood. What is usually stressful for me you made so much easier. I had an appointment time and highly recommend making one. Absolutely no wait time.

For ALL the complainers, if you're unhappy with bayfront, go to Peach st.

Be sure to pack a lunch.

Worst blood work experience I have ever had. The “nurses” expressed to me their lack of confidence in finding my vein and said phrases such as “I think it’s here but that MIGHT and a tendon”. Additionally, it took multiple nurses to (unsuccessfully) find my vein, each more unsure than the last. Once they decided to just “go for it” they moved both my arm and the needle so vigorously that I immediately passed out. Do not go here.

Used to be good and super quick. Now to start the button for handicapped to open doors do NOT work so people are struggling. Then the sign in pad is impossible for some people to press on due to their health issues. My mom cant press she has neuropathy. The women working is quick though. And doesnt bruise me
