ACME Markets, Narberth PA

The deli was short staffed and the ticker dispenser was broken. The check out was disorganized. If you don't have a lot of time to shop, go elsewhere.

This is absolutely the worst Acme. They never have what I need. The workers here are absolutely no help, and everything seems to be way more expensive at this location. I guess they raise the prices cause rich people live around here? I will not be shopping here anymore.
I used to do Instacart there cause it’s close to the house, but like I said, they never have what anyone needs and it causes me to lose money and stresses me out

Store was just updated. Brand new look and same bad service by lazy union employees. Waited just over seven minutes to buy a lottery ticket and gave up. Went to Giant Food store a mile away and had less than 30 second wait to be taken care of at service counter.

Never has anything I'm looking for. Soda shelf is always empty. They upgraded the store, how about upgrading inventory.

A decent selection, but not as many specialty foods as some other stores. A little more expensive than other stores I have been to. It gets the job done though!

SALLY, who works at the western union department, did not let me to use western union to send money without any explanation. She just said “I’m sorry. I cannot” that’s all.

Yesterday I went to Acme to get items I absolutely needed. I haven’t been out of my house since March 11th. I’m just very fearful. While walking in the Acme I felt a huge amount of anxiety! I was beyond scared. I couldn’t get my thoughts together initially. I was helped by a staff **GREG** he was incredibly helpful and understood that I was very fearful. He knew where every single item I needed was located and assisted me probably 10 times. He even located an item that was still in a box and not on the shelf yet. When I was walking away from him I told him God bless you. During this extremely difficult time he didn’t allow his EXCELLENT customer services to wavier. He is literally risking his life to help others. He represented his company in a way I haven’t experienced in my lifetime.

If you need anything during this time go to this store. Greg is such an amazing employee and he deserves for his managers to be aware that he is representing this company in its finest fashion.

But if you’re looking to find a really good peanut butter and jelly - this is the spot for you

This produce department had no new jersey product it is a shame and I will never shop there again

The meats and produce are not consistently fresh, so you have to check dates carefully. What they keep in stock also varies for several products my family consumes. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient, but the quality of the offerings is below par.

Arrived at 10pm. One-third of produce section was moved to a different part of store. They were cleaning the floor. This made shopping difficult. When I said something to a store employee, she was rude. Why didn't they wait to clean the floor until AFTER closing or BEFORE opening the facility?

In general I want to love this market. People are nice and they have a great selection of food from Israel. Prices are good also. Last few months meat department has been having problems. Several times I bought stuff that when I came home found out is expired. Last visit I saw a bunch of chicken on the fridge shelves a week past it's expiration. They are always nice about returning but it's a Hazzard and a waste of time.

Constantly has long lines. The only check outs ever open are the self-check outs. People shouls get a 10% discount for checking out their own groceries.

Store is smaller than some other grocery store nearby. However they manage to have a wide selection of items. Including a large kosher section and separate kosher deli, if that's your thing. I go here pretty regularly, the staff is generally pretty friendly.

I've shopped her for more than 20 years. While it's not the largest or best-stocked Acme, it's convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. And they actually read their online surveys, responding with new items and lower prices.

With the exception of few employees, most of the employees here are slow, untrained, and just bottom of the barrel, which usually leads to long lines at the Deli. Deli closes at 9 PM, but they stop serving the customers at 8: 45. There are so many excellent choices in nearby Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, so do not not waste your time here and get aggravation that this store provides.

I don't personally shop often, but I do I don't mind shopping here. It's well organized and the self-checkout is always available.

Great little market, carries the 8/ 10oz package drinks.all the great treats, has kosher, loong for more organic, great breads, good people's.
