Inquired about some tires for my motorcycle. Got no response or call back. Pretty much the typical experience I've received at every shop I've contacted. Piss poor. I'll just stick to ordering online.

I took my 13 year old son in on his birthday to buy his first dirt bike. The entire staff was happy to help and took the time to answer every question we had. Some places make you feel stupid unless you’re some sort of expert. Not this place. Awesome group of people. Mike had several different options that he showed us based on my kids size. We decided on a Honda CRF125 and couldn’t be happier. Everyone from sales, parts, and service took the time to go over every detail of the bike. They all made a big deal that it was my sons birthday and his first bike. He left there feeling like the king of the world. Now I want one and will definitely be back!

What happen to motorcycle sales as far as street bikes. Come on who had that bright idea. Never going back unless I buy a dirt bike or something

Rick and his team made buying a new bike for my son quick and easy. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from the AMS team! You guys rocked it and made one little dude super happy!

Terrible communication. Very short responses to quote inquiries. Guess they aren't hurting for business because apparently they don't need new customers.

If you enjoy being put on hold for the service department you will love this place. After waiting and waiting and waiting some more for anyone to pick up the call was automatically ended. If they can't hire someone qualified to answer a phone I wouldn't trust them to fix a flat tire on a wheelbarrow

Place had excellent service. Got me everything I needed to get started. My sales rep even rode my bike home for me. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at action motor sports. Mike was extremely helpful to us and helped us to obtain the unobtainable pioneer 520! He worked diligently and kept us informed about all that was taking place with our order. He surprised us with an unexpected early delivery of our pioneer 520 and that made my husband extremely happy! We could tell that it made Mike very happy to give us the news as well! He advised us about everything that we needed to do even to the point of helping us get our side-by-side insured. We highly recommend action motor sports to anyone who is looking to get any type of motor Recreational vehicle. The staff at action motor sport was also very kind, and very knowledgeable, and very helpful to us!

Absolutely amazing experience! I will never buy anywhere else. Mike, Aston, Amy, and Kevin all made my dirt bike purchase so enjoyable. They went above and beyond and made me feel like I've known them for years. A family owned business that truly treats you like their family too. The bike is perfect, they explained all the important details and Aston even helped with my hitch hauler assembly. Mike and Aston were great with getting my bike loaded too:) Wonderful time at AMS!
2021 CRF125

Called five different dealers to replace the front brake pads on my Honda motorcycle. Two rotors on the front wheel and one rotor on the rear wheel. They were the highest quote I received, so they are not very competitive when it comes to service. Checking the internet, I watched a YouTube clip showing that it took a mechanic exactly 12 minutes to replace both sets of pads on the front rotor and 10 minutes for the single set of pads on the rear rotor. That's less than half an hour of time for the entire job. They wanted to charge me nearly 2 hours of time for the exact same job. I certainly won't go here for service!

Straightaway, the folks at Action Motorsports are friendly and helpful. There was no annoying "hard sell" approach. In fact, they are experts as well as very chill. Rick is super kind; he helped me find the best scooter for my needs and ensured that all my questions got answered. I much appreciate him taking care of all the required paperwork and advising on insurance. OG Amy showed me how to operate my sweet new Honda PCX using clear language and giving me top tips on care. I appreciate their good humor and expertise. These folks are top drawer!

I was lucky enough to walk in as they were putting a Pioneer together in the shop. So I went with this unit instead of another. Had a real good experience with Rick and the whole crew at AMS.

This is a full service atv/motorcycle dealership. Parts and service available, current inventory is low (5/21) due to covid supply chain and high demand. Knowledgeable staff helps select correct parts and only necessary repairs. I have purchased 1 new bike and various parts, service and accessories over a 10 year period.

Place is ran by very unprofessional so called managers! Just salespeople with a love of the mark up. Run away from this place and Go anywhere else its worth the drive.

Just bought a small fleet of dirt bikes and quads from these guys for the family. Their facility is nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Had great interactions with Kevin, Mike, and Amy. I will definitely be taking my equipment back there for service.

We are brand new to the off-road motorsports scene, so I really appreciated Mike's integrity and the time he took to educate us on how the industry works, the rules and regulations governing the use of quads and dirt bikes, and helping us size and buy for the people in our family based on how we're going to be using them.

As others have said, Amy is awesome. I haven't dealt with her personally during a service transaction, but while she was going over our new units with us, she paused and listened, and then politely excused herself. She heard the customer she was just helping revving his engine in the parking lot like something was wrong, and she went out to investigate, and helped him get it fixed.the help didn't end when the monetary transaction was over. I like that.

I would highly recommend this place. I'll be referring my friends and family to this place.

Wish i could leave 0 stars.the work done by the mechanics is the only good thing about here.however customer service not so much.

I bought my bike from another dealer. After the break-in period was over, I called to schedule the first service and they gave me a 45 day wait. I called Action Motor Sports and explained the situation to Amy. She fit me in THE SAME DAY! All the new bikes are nice, so a lot of it comes down to the service department. In the future I will be buying from Action Motor Sports because of the way Amy takes care of you like family! She is extremely knowledgeable with bikes and honest about everything! A+ and extra credit.

If you are looking for a motorcycle I recommend Rick Clark 100% as he helped my friend in the purchase of his 2019 Suzuki 650 SV.
