My husband and I just celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and our tradition each year is watching our wedding dvd. Unfortunately, at year 15, the dvd wouldn’t play. I was devastated as it was our only copy. I called Jake at Active Image and he was able to get the entire video and make it a MP3 file. I cannot thank them enough! I’m sure it was no big deal for them but it means the world to me! Thank you so much!
