A&D Nail, Dillsburg PA

I got a very nice manicure. My only complaint is the workers talked among themselves in their language, which I thought was very rude. I barely could understand my manicurist when she said anything to me, I didn't like that but was not offended. The people talking among themselves was another story. That was offensive and rude.

Update 9/18/23 - Have been coming here for over a year with my mom and usually we never have a problem. However, when we asked to sit together this time, we were told the employees would quit if they had to move. Went to Peace Nails where they make it a priority to have you sit with the person you came with. Since we do not get to spend much time together and this is something we enjoy doing together we will not be coming back, unfortunately. The owner seems to value the opinions of the employees over the customers which is bizarre. If you enjoy getting your nails done solo then this is probably a good place, but if you are coming with a friend or group, prepare for it to be very awkward.

It usually is a very well place.when I went this time it was terrible. I come every 2 weeks for a full and every month for my toes. Not only was the guy doing my nails rough and cut my finger with the drill, Today I was charged 59$ for a full set which is okay, I walk to my car and get a text from my card saying I spent $70.80 at A&D nails. I went back in and asked why I was charged 70$. The lady said she didn’t know and that I had to contact my bank. I told her that it never happened before whenever I have came in. She then proceeded to say since it’s a credit card that it would be charged a percent. Meanwhile it’s my debit tip card from work not credit. I asked for the 11$ difference I was charged she told me no a called her husband on the phone. She then made me speak to him and have him tell me the same stuff she was telling me. At this point I told her that if she doesn’t give me my full refund for taking 30 min to talk to her husband and instead of just saying sorry she continued to get all the workers at the salon to yell at me. I then told them if they don’t give me my money back I would call the cops so I did. The cops said they can’t do anything since it’s not an emergency. So then I go in and ask one more time for the $11 difference and they said no. I will NEVER be going back after coming here for a few years. Customer service is terrible!

Would recommend A & D nails to anyone. Clean facility. Friendly atmosphere, I consistently setup my appointments every 2 weeks with Eva. I normally do gel French manicure. Today I choose a little bit of a design on the ring finger nail. Treat yourself and get a manicure and/or a pedicure. You can’t go wrong with A & D Nail. If you ever have a problem they will take care of it for you.

The salon is very clean. I got a regular pedicure without gel. The pedicure was done well.
I always feel like these nail places push the gel treatment onto you and when you say "no" it feels like you're not treated the same as the customers that are getting the gel treatment (I'm sure this is because the gel is more money and you can't take it off yourself). Anyways, the pedicurist doing my pedicure asked me if I wanted a manicure also. I had not planned on doing this but said okay, but I said I would just like a regular manicure with regular/basic colored added, not gel. She then basically told me that she suggested that if I was not getting gel to just get a manicure with no color. She tried to tell me it was because the color chips off faster, but if that's what the customer wants I'm not sure why you would say you wouldn't do it along with the fact that you could have gotten more money out of me by just adding the color I wanted for the manicure? I've been around the block, I know this treatment does not last as long. After I said no, she placed me under the nail drying machine for my pedicure and then just left. I didn't see her again the entire time. Another, very kind, male pedicurist could sense that I had been sitting there for quite a long time and told me that he thought my nails would be dry. I did appreciate that. It would have been nice if my original pedicurist had cared enough to come back. Based on my experience, I can't decide whether I will be back or not.

I came in for nail repair without appt. Was busy but the oner fixed my nail and touch-up all of my other nails free of charge and does an awesome job! Today she added a special touch.always leave satisfied

Had an amazing experience. My nail tech was so sweet. He took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely plan on going back again.

I have been going to A&D for my manicures & pedicures for years. I have always received exceptional service. The nail technicians offer advice on color selection if you are looking for something specific. I typically get the dip power and it usually lasts for several weeks. They hold true to their appointment times and I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Had a wonderful experience. I appreciate how she inspected her work so thoroughly; she wanted it to be perfect. Nice people who have a super work ethic!

Owner is wonderful, very approachable. Detail to the work they do and they make sure you're happy before you pay. Love going there and getting wonderful service and beautiful nails!

I had an appointment for acrylics for prom, and they gave me exactly what I wanted based on the picture I provided. They were very professional but also very welcoming and I would highly recommend this location!
