17Alex is always very professional, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable about his work ethics. Stays until the job is complete and always asks if I have any questions or if there is anything else that I need done. Always very pleasant! Never had a bad experience with any of my technicians, or anyone that comes out from the company. Thank you, as I am handicapped and they all are amazing people.
Both gentlemen were so helpfull. They both were very knowledgeable. And set me up so I just turn it on and off. So happy. Iam already liking AdaptHealth.
Candy was so kind and helpful. She explained how to use the features of the wheelchair. She helped me to my car to ensure I understood how to close it and get it in the vehicle. She was very genuine and heartfelt. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
I called the Aero Care office to find out when I was to get a replacement concentrator & the office person had no idea what I was asking about. It had been on back order & I was very anxious to get my life back to normal as soon as possible. Joston delivered it the next day & he was very helpful & courteous.
This company is a disaster. I am getting billed monthly for a Rental for a Philips machine that was replaced based on a recall the past two years, The customer service dept cannot explain the invoice/rental charge.
I have email the President /CEO and Julie, the customer service rep at two or three times with no answer and that does not o speak well for management. I think AaptHealth is so big since this company handles the billing for so many different Medical Equipment company. Our goverment should investigate this company. You may find a company that is over billing customers and over charging the insurance companies.
I am going to contact the Attorney General in my states and the Division of Insurance. The company is hiding behind the Internet. Remember it starts with the example at the top management level as to how the other employees will act.i will wait to see if I hear back from teh company

Their collection department has called three times in the past week even though the bill isn't due until next month.
Jason was very knowledgeable, he explained what I needed to know about my equipment. He is friendly and a excellent representative to your company.
I’m on a concentrator 24/7. When ever I have had a problem with the machine Adapthealth is responsive and is servicing or replacing the machine within one hour. I live in downtown Chicago, and traffic is difficult sometimes, but I appreciate their promptness as I get nervous if there is a break down in the machine.
Wowza. Everything done in approximately four days! Company called multiple times to update me. Tech updated me twice with his status. Arrived on time. Very professional but also very friendly and kind. Patient and explained everything I needed. Terrific quality products delivered. We are dealing here in Wilson with same supplier we used in Greenville but vastly vastly different experiences.
The company worked quickly to get the system to me. Gerald Kelly who delivered the system was great. He was so helpful and patient in giving instruction about use of the system. I highly recommend them.

The most inept company. They lie and don't do what is required of them to properly handle. When u call they tell u it's the insurance company. Morons.
There's no way this company has so many 5 star reviews. They are inept at best. Their website to reorder CPAP supplies doesn't work. Their customer service reps regularly act inconvenienced after they call you to reorder supplies. I've been sent the wrong thing or nothing at all so many times that I just use Amazon and pay full price for my CPAP supplies. Their stock price trend should match your expectations.
