I arrived for my appointment on time. I still had to wait and get my hair washed by someone that I didn't book with. She half-heartedly washed my hair a couple of times, not caring about doing a thorough job. It was obvious that she had somewhere more important to be. I was there for over 3 hours for a simple press & curl. My time wasn't respected at all. I spent more time sitting and waiting than getting my hair done.

Absolutely love the atmosphere, the hospitality. One of the best black owned businesses that I will continue support. Thanks so much for providing us with excellent customer service and still pre-screening clients wiping off each chair as clients before and after styling which a plus.

Deb and her staff are better than superb. I have had my micro braids done at her salon twice and the second time is even better than the first time. What’s more I had no clue in terms of what was involved and Deb and her staff went over and above to get me finished in record time.and they were incredibly gracious about it. Especially since the second time I requested longer braids without taking into account the additional time to finish longer braids!
The salon is beautiful, love the rose mural on the ceiling. A good vibe always. Everyone who leaves there, men and women, their hair looks phenomenal. Deb is amazing as she exemplifies how an owner should manage a salon in regards to the level of professionalism quality and cleanliness.

I smile now as I write this because everyone was so incredibly gracious.they were so tactful as i kept asking if I would be out by a certain time.

But, with that said, they are worth the time. Deb’s attention to detail to make sure that they look absolutely beautiful makes me feel absolutely beautiful. I get a sense that everyone cares about their clients and that means a lot. I think you could select any professional there and know that you would come away looking beautiful.

I have been going to Ericka M.for years. She is a fabulous hair stylist always keeping up with the latest hair trends and I always leave her chair happy with my hair style?

The shampoo ladies are the real stars. My hair stylist did a beautiful job, but she never told me her name. Sorry I can’t refer her personally.

All the stylist are professional, knowledgeable, & attentive to clients request hair needs.
