After a 15 minute power outage on Christmas Eve every smoke and fire alarm in the house is beeping. After 1 hour on hold the service technician could not come up with a solution and she either hung up or we were disconnected. Back on hold for another hour so far. The Command Panel system has malfunctioned repeatedly and is only a couple years old.
