Advance Auto Parts reviews
16Great part store the people were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stop in again next time I need parts
I had three of my windshield wipers replaced here. I went home and the next day I noticed the cap that covers the screw on the back windshield wiper was missing. I went back to the store and asked if they still had it. The employee did nothing but tell me to “go check the parking lot”. The customer service is very poor for the price that you pay.
Went to get a new battery for my aunt's truck. Very knowledgeable and had the battery I needed in stock good experience.
Knowledge employees.freindly fast service.they aways have what im looking for.fair prices.
I really need to avoid this store. Inexperienced employees who don't know the makes of a Civic or Traiblazer and it always takes forever to get help and when someone finally does help me it takes even longer and they never ever have what I need and look at me like I'm a lunatic for needing something simple like a starter or alternator.
Today I ordered a battery online to make they had it in stock before I arrived to the store. I had planned to take advantage of their free battery install. When I arrived to the store shortly before 5pm when I was told that they couldn’t install it because it was too late. I said 5: 00pm is too late? It’s still day light out. Then I was told it was because there were only 2 employees in the store while i was the only customer in store. I was told to bring it back tomorrow to have it installed. Now I have to run home and install it in the dark. This was a huge inconvenience for me. Let’s call it like it is, it was too cold out and the folks there are just too lazy to do the work. I really regret going to this location. Don’t rely on Advance Auto to install a $200 battery that you just bought.
Close to home and usually has in stock anything I need but prices could be a little better especially for a business account
This is the only advance auto I go to that the employees actually know what they’re talking about. The staff here are not only nice, but will actually help you find what you’re looking for.
Michael McIntyre is knowledgeable, friendly, professional & helpful.
Advance Auto Parts is a great store to shop for auto parts.
I didn’t have a mask and they made me hold a shop towel on my face, very rude and degrading
Great place, and best is the staff. They are funny and friendly.
I went in for a hat, that they no longer carry in stock.
A worker said hold on, went and got a hat he was holding for his son and sold it to me.
Gave my military discount too.
It would be a better review if i didnt have to go to another store to pick up ordered parts
Don't know what happened to this store, but last 2 times I went the employees where rude. Except Alan, he's always nice!
Online says open till 9 window says 8 show up at 830 to find out they have different hours advertised.
Can't fulfill a simple order. Drove out of my way since they had parts in stock. Given wrong parts. Asked if they can set up a exchange and the correct parts in a closer store and I was basically told to kick rocks.
I have purchased many things at this store over the past few years, that will now be changing as I shift my purchasing to other auto parts stores. This is more a reflection of a higher level decision to not allow customers into this store without a mask as of last Saturday 4/18 even though I informed them that I have a medical condition that precludes me wearing a mask. I was told I had to order online and then call the store to have the order brought out. Instead I went to local Autozone and made a purchase as normal. Even the governors statement about his "order" to wear masks as of 4/19 includes a line saying that "individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition (including children under the age of 2 years per CDC guidance) may enter the premises and are not required to provide documentation of such medical condition;"
Going forward I will be doing my best to avoid spending my money at Advance auto parts.
