Customer Service Sucks. We were the only two in the store, aside from the 4 people working. After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to check us out, we left, while they continued to stand around with their thumbs up their arses.

Customer service sucked. I’m not a car guy and I had a
simple question about a non refundable purchase before i make it. This guy wasn’t happy he had to come out from behind the counter to help me. Sorry it’s your job man. Get another one if you don’t want to help people that don’t know cars.

The guy was suppperrrrr nice. I got there before they opened and as soon as he was ready to go, he let me in. I know what I needed exactly but the maker was out of stock. He offered me other options that fit my budget! I don't usually get my own parts but I will go back here.

Not the best Advance. Only one or two knowledgeable staff members. But it is close and convenient. Stock parts for most modern vehicles. In general though, Advance as a franchise needs to hire more knowledgeable staff. If that means pay more for someone with automotive background, do so.

I use to go here and the staff was professional. Now I don't see staff know what they selling in the store most parts needing to order it and pick up next day

Terribly rude and inappropriate. The last time I went there, the belt in my car fell out somehow. Upon discovering this, the guy held it in the air to show a police officer that just arrived, swinging it in the air & laughing. I immediately snatched it off of him and left. The misfortune of others is not humorous and it was an expensive fix. No empathy in words or actions and very immature in nature.

Then today a friend of mine wanted to return a UPS Package and apparently they accept them here. I just KNEW it would be something. First attempt, they immediately told us they didn't have any packing tape. I went home and got mine. Second attempt, she simply asked if the label needed to go a specific way and the young, long hair blonde guy says, "I don't know. I don't work for UPS". I immediately took over, taped the label and sealed the box. They clearly don't wanna partner with UPS and are quick to tell you what they "can't" do here. Customer service requires soft skills and a "can do" attitude. Focusing on the negative or what you "can't do", promotes a negative experience & you'll always get a negative review. I'm honestly surprised this place has 4-stars at the time of this writing.

This place is a disorganized mess. Employees were useless. I have never returned but lets hope it has gotten better.

I told them my engine light was on they came out and tested my battery while I saw the car brain test I needed. After testing my battery I asked could they test my engine and he said autozone does it. They do not. And proceeded to go in store and not come back out or even attempt to help me. After I saw the machine that does the test in store before he grabbed the battery test machine.

The battery was dying in my car. When I went in they offered me a variety of choices based on price, and length of warranty. Once I made my choice they grabbed the battery and installed it for me. Fast competent friendly service. I will definitely go back

They had the car battery in the story I see online vs other sister company's i was glad to pick it up the same day
