This is not directed at the employees but one of their vendors and the website. I went to the store to order a bug shield and buy a battery. The main reason to go to store was to get a battery that online was 50 some dollars and order the bug guard. I know some plastic pieces usually don't ship well. While there I was going to get the battery since they don't ship lead acid batteries. I ordered the shield and proceeded to buy or order the battery. After looking up the battery they didn't have it on hand but offered another battery for over 150 dollars. I then put that on hold. I went back the next day to pick up shield. We opened box and it was in good shape. I paid for it and headed home. Once I got home and tried to install it I found it to be the wrong shield. It had been boxed wrong from vendor. I asked to exchange it and they did no problem. Went back the third time and checked out this one which I can say now fits and looks good. The vendor AVS molds the part number into their shields. So this review is to let you know when getting an AVS sheild Check the molded part number with the box and save yourself a trip. I also learned not to trust the website and to call ahead to verify they can get what the are advertising online. A hundred dollar difference you might shop elsewhere.

I've been in there twice now and they've sold me the wrong parts everytime, they've got a bunch of clowns working in there.

It was night with freezing rain and we had bad headlight. Looked up part fast then the young man even replaced the headlight for us. Thanks!

I asked for my car to be checked with the code reader and the lady didn’t even care to. Said “oh nothings gonna come up if check engine light isn’t on”.

They are always very helpful. I get what I need for my ride. I don't have to walk all over the store looking for stuff. There right there to help you.

Great friendly management an great variety prices pick from an selection. They change your battery you by 4 free. Id tip to show appreciate of their time helping you. All the service workers very nice.

Always have the selection you need, amd can get out of stock parts in a day. Not as good as Auto Zone, but they have about the same items (chinese parts).
