1 I didn't want to write a review, but I felt compelled to do this as I feel like I've been wronged as a patient.
As of lately, I feel like my mental health needs aren't of their concern. Every time I would call, I would have a receptionist telling me "You haven't been here in close to a year". Which is false because I HAVE been there in February-March this year for a med visit. I explained that I couldn't make any more appointments after that because I had broken a rib a little while after that. The person over the phone still made me feel somewhat irresponsible for apparently missing "a years worth" of appointments. But whatever. I scheduled an appointment for the 26th of this month.
What really bothers me is that I've asked for medication refills (since Effexor really has a nasty withdrawal), the same meds I've been on for about 4 years now. The receptionist said she left a message for my psychiatrist yesterday and today, but the pharmacy did not receive any refill orders, nor did I receive a phone call back. This is not my first time having to wait an ungodly amount of time just to receive some sort of help or an answer.
Until things have been sorted out, I truly will not be wasting my time to go here just to be given the run-around.
