Advanced Community Services Associates: Rahman M A MD, Dunmore PA

Called on Tuesday to set up an appointment and get my meds refilled. Went to the pharmacy after work and nothing had been called in. The pharmacy told me they would fax my doctor. Went back on my lunch the next day and there was still nothing there. Called them again on Wednesday and asked again (they told me that they don’t take orders from pharmacies, which is news to me). Went back after work, still nothing. Finally on Thursday, one of my scripts was there, but the other was not. Called this afternoon, got an answering service who told me that there is no doctor on duty over the weekend, which seems illegal, and that if I needed my scripts, I could go to the emergency room, which costs $100/visit, which is far outside of my budget. Absolutely atrocious way to treat patients, especially those with mental health issues. I will be looking for a better, kinder place to go very soon.

The staff is terrific! Wayne is very professional & friendly & makes you feel comfortable. The women at the desk are awesome!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rahman for a few years now. Great Psychiatrist. Highly recommend. Wayne who works at the front desk is excellent. Always returns my calls and fixes any issues that I have. Very pleased with this office. Thanks Community Services Associates!

Couple staff members can not be diserable. However must remember they are NOT for councils. They are good at thier job reception. Dr. Rhaman is the only 1 can speak for. Excellent Doctor. Always wearing a Smile and Greets you. Listens to you. Better attention then 5 mins I get helping people at home.oh and very clean. I make it a habit to check bathrooms first when concidering a place.
