I can only judge by my initial visit, the reception was very relaxing but professional. I was made to feel very comfortable, and all my questions was politely & patiently answer. I have several visits to go, hoping future service will be the same.

I like this office but I think It's ridiculous that the oral surgeon is only available on Friday's. I have been in severe pain since my extraction and I have to wait until the oral surgeon comes in on Friday to find out whats going on. I should have access to my dentist on a regular basis.

As always, the staff is great and the care is exceptional. My whole family are clients and we feel like we are treated with compassion and respect.

Excellent dental office! Professional staff they are very caring and they respect your time! My first visit was an emergency. I called Friday night left a message that my tooth broke and I needed to see someone, they called the very next morning on a Saturday last minute and fit me in that afternoon! My next visit was a root canal it was painless! Best experience ever!

Everything so far has been good here I been going to this dentist for about 6 months now and I have had one of my wisdom tooth pulled and had a great experience. No major pain afterwards.
I recently had a Deep Cleaning and so far things have went well.

The staff makes you feel very comfortable. The facility is beautiful and.clean. Everyone is so professional. Ping and Judy are the best.

Experience was very pain free, professional yet caring. I will continue being a patient getting the mouth work needed.

Everyone is extremely friendly and thorough here. I’ve always been a worry wart when it comes to going to the dentist but they were so patient and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Great place! Highly recommended!

, THEY ARE AFFORDABLE THE STAFF IS GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL, THE DOCTORS AND STAFF WHO HELP WITH MY TOOTH PULLING WERE SUPERHEROS, I ONCE HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH GOING TO DENTIST, BUT FAMILY DENTAL MADE ME FEEL WELCOME AND SAFE, I WAS ENSURE THAT MY PROCEDURE WILL BE FINE WITH NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT, I WOKE UP FEELING LIKE A NEW PERSON, IM SO GLAD I CAME TO ADVANCED DENTAL.

I never felt so good leaving a dentist office in my entire life. I want to give a special thanks to Judy and Dr. Kim for making my dental emergency as comfortable as possible.

I would give them five stars but lmy last experience was not the best. I have been coming here for a few years and my usual hygienist was out on maternity leave. I'm not sure who the woman was that I had this time around but she was not thorough. I ended up asking for another hygienist and she came in and finished the job.my teeth looked much cleaner after she was finished. I will be scheduling my cleanings with her from now on. Biana and Pinx are the best!

Great staff and doctors. Was terrified of getting my extraction done and they made me feel very comfortable.

I'm not giving them anything higher than 3-star because even though I didn't have any issue with the dental job, their way of handling the front desk is far from being acceptable. I came 10 mins early to my 9 o'clock appointment and was able to get in the exam room at 9: 50. X-ray and a small filling took me in the office until 11: 00 o'clock. Therefore, I suggest you dedicate enough time for your appointment if you plan to visit their office.

Every SINGLE employee of Advanced Family Dental Care is absolutely amazingly friendly & professional, to the utmost. I've been going there for about 4 years and EACH visit is the same. They're friendly, talk to you like a person, get you in and out. I love them and will never go anywhere else!

I really like this place. The Saff is wonderful and very friendly. The place is beautiful and very clean very welcoming environment. The service was great I just can't wait to go back.

Best experience ever! Had a bad experience with another dentist office an the doctor had no bed side side matter. But the staff here was the best. The doctor who did my oral surgery was funny, patient an caring. Will recommend there office to anyone

To be honest this is the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. I love everything about them. I just had four of my wisdom teeth extracted on Tuesday, and I am feeling great. Everyone was so nice and sweet and made sure I felt okay. I even got a callback the following day to checkup on me.
