I’ve have always tried my best to stay away from the dentist. But Dr Preis has a very gentle touch best I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend his services if you need a dentist. Thanks Dr Preis

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted here and the oral surgeon, Christopher Smith, was great! Fast, no issues and knowledgeable. Only thing I didnt like is that he never spoke to me after the procedure. Just went straight to his office.

I just recently got my wisdom teeth taken out (3) along with another tooth extraction. The dental surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I apologize for not remembering his name, but he had on a Temple residency shirt. The original dentist who I saw, Yildiz, was also very helpful and checked my teeth out thoroughly before giving me advice on what to do next. The front office staff are very friendly and communicative and always answer when I call. I will continue to receive my dental services here.

A joke. 5yrs after they botched my root canal procedure and left a calcified root which put me in intense excruciating pain 4 weeks which in turn got me addicted to opiates thank you to the Head dentist / oral surgeon forgetting that and five years later returning to the facility for another procedure due to my health insurance not having many options in the area de again wasted my time by not letting me reschedule my surgery due to being 14 minutes late and having to find another dentist. They do not work with you. They are unprofessional. And extremely rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to this office for the past couple months I now bring my teenage children there, we’ve always had a positive experience! My kids love the dentists and dental assistants won’t take them anywhere else! Front desk is always great with scheduling appointments! Thank you @Advanced Family Smile

10yrs.ago I spent$8000 for an implant and bridge work. Today I need replacement for both. I don't know what they use for materials but it's piss poor, and they don't stand by there work.

My first and second appointments last year were great! Affordable pricing and relaxed atmosphere. Both hygienist and then the dentist who filled my cavity were kind and professional. This time, however I wasn’t so smooth- I was given a Monday 12: 15 appointment. When I arrived the door was locked and lights off. I sat in my car trying to reach someone on the phone for 30 minutes and ended up heading back home. I finally got a call back from their answering service about 30 minutes after that who was able to find a note that the dentist called in sick and were able to reschedule my appointment. I understand sickness happens, I just wish someone had called me that day to let me know or at least a sign on the door or voicemail message saying the office is closed rather than to have an answering service that puts you on hold forever and a day. I did get a call yesterday rescheduling a follow up due to the snow so I’m guessing the other time was just a last minute oversight.

Trying to schedule an appointment is a real pain when you call into their office. I’ve tried calling in multiple times, 3-4 times already, we’ve tried calling their corporate office as well, it’s such a hassle! I’ve left 2 voicemails the past two weeks trying to schedule an appointment, gave them a callback number, they still haven’t answered or called us back.

The female dentist I've seen is great. But I have encountered a receptionist the past 2 times I've called who has been absolutely HORRIBLE. She claimed my insurance was inactive which was absolutely untrue, refused to schedule an appointment, and told me I needed to call my insurance company. I panicked thinking that something had happened to my insurance. But no. It was active and there weren't any issues. My insurance company told me that it was the responsibility of the office to call them if they have any problems. So I called back a few weeks later when I had time and got the same woman. Same awful attitude. Still claimed my insurance was inactive and basically implied that both the insurance company and myself were wrong. Meanwhile, I've had several other appointments elsewhere and no one has had this issue. I tried to schedule an appointment around my work schedule and she berated me and told me I couldn't come in whenever I wanted and that I needed to take the appointment she gave me. If I EVER spoke to anyone like this in a work environment, I'd be fired. It blows my mind that people like this still have a job. There are so many nice and professional people out there who would love to take this job.

I have always been afraid of the dentist and needles as a child. That fear carried over into adulthood. Advanced Family Dentistry made me feel comfortable and reassured me during my procedures. They were patient with my fears and talked me through everything. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They have always treated me respectfully and professionally @ Advanced Family Smile Care, even going as far as being willing to work with me and billing, so that my payments were broken up into a few smaller ones to work with my disability checks. And when I
lost my benefits all together, they did whatever they could to see that I continued to get proper dental care at the most reasonable cost they could! I recommended my mother AND my best friend to Advanced Family Smile Care, and they are both VERY HAPPY with their recommendation and their new dental offices. Thank you guys, and keep up the fine work!

Some of the staff at the desk can be rude.they are rushed all the time. I have never had a problem getting my teeth cleaned, had one pulled for the first time by a dentist and not an oral surgeon.and it was pretty traumatic but I really like this dentist. I was never told they had an oral surgeon.

Was seen by both the dentist and surgeon. Was very pleased with both outcomes. Been refering people left and right.

Absolute dump! My spouse had her tooth pulled, and was in extreme pain. The surgeon told her to stop complaining. When it was over, I asked to speak to the surgeon, and the girl at the desk asked why and laughed when I told her what has happened. They called the cops on me because I yelled at them. I didn't threaten them or do anything else wrong. These people are ghetto and unwilling to help others. Absolutely disgraceful.

If you're new to this dentists office please read this.

The normal dentist is a wonderful woman, but today I had my tooth pulled out from a dental surgeon. He gave me a few numbing shots and got right into the "sugary". He didn't wait for my numbing to kick in and he didn't put me under, he also didn't give me anything strong enough.

So we are into the sugary now, he starts to yank my tooth and pulling, I'm crying and screaming my eye out and trembling, not just shaking, I was trembling, I was so scared and in pain I almost pissed myself. I grabbed the sugins arm and begged him to stop he told me "it's just pressure calm down", it was definitely not just pressure because I've had two teeth pulled before and it was NOTHING compared to what happend to me today.

I cried, begged, and screamed.
I wanted someone to save me from this pain.
I felt everything he was doing in my root, pulling & digging. I could feel what kind of tool he was using and it made me so scared that I could even feel it. He didn't care about the pain I was in and it felt like he was maliciously attacking me.

I finally got out and my boyfriend was waiting for me. I was in such shock I broke down crying and almost fell to the floor because my body was so weak from the physical pain and the panic attack. My boyfriend got so upset, he put me into the car to rest and went back into the office.

The woman at the front desk laughed in my boyfriends face when he told her that he wanted to see the Surgan that hurt me. Now, anyone would get mad at this, I'm sure, so my boyfriend flipped out and they called the cops on him and they kicked him out from ever going to that office.

This was the worst thing I ever had to deal with and I beg you to not go to this dental office.

The staff, including the hygienist and front desk personnel, we're extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would. The dentist I saw was very abrupt and rough when examining my teeth. I will never go back.

This is the worst place to go for any dental work. It's like a chop shop. My appointment was for 4: 00pm, eventually around 4: 30pm I was brought back. The dental assistant told me that she was leaving at 5: 00pm, so she couldn't give me any anesthetics or Novocaine because she was ready to leave for the day. I had four wisdom teeth removed, it took 4 hours. The oral surgeon sat on my lap to extract the last which was partially impacted and crowning. My shirt and face were covered in blood. No one bothered to offer to replace my shirt or offer to wipe my face off. I ended up getting dry sockets because of the poor extraction of my wisdom teeth. They did not inform me beforehand that I needed a referral, so I had to pay for the entire extraction (around $900.00). This place is the worst. It's dirty, the employees are rude and unapologetic. Stay away!
