I recently submitted my resignation to this dishonest and agreement breaking company. No orientation, No information, promised $14 hourly verbally face to face with Ms Patel/Hr Director, checked my pay stub I was paid $13, of course they were deceptive enough to tell me $14 hrly, but never send the offer letter. Any good agency always has & on-call nurse or HR rep always available; Not at ANC your out in the field with a client you are alone! I Called in attempt to resolve my grievances I could not even complete a sentence with the rude & disrespectful Ms Kriti Patel no acountabilty as to why i was working for 2 weeks thinking im making $14 only to discover they entered $13 for my pay. IF you truly enjoy HHA work as i do ANC Home Health is the worse place you can select for employment.
