My experience at Advantage Auto was great. They got into the vehicle I wanted fast and easy. I highly recommend their services.

Update to 1st review. The Mitsubishi had a fuel leak, unbeknownst to anyone. When I brought it to Tom's attention, he immediately said, take it to our garage we use and they'll see what's wrong and fix it. I dropped it off Sat. 7/22, by 7/24 I was told it's not repairable. After I myself and the garage reached out to Tom he texted me the same day and said, "we're putting you in another car". I chose the 2012 Chevy Impala, which is 1 year newer and 30,000 miles less than the Mitsubishi. The fact that they were not only willing to try and fix the Mitsubishi but put me in another car when it couldn't be fixed went a long way. Definitely give them a try.

They got me into a car I liked in a pinch. The salesman Gunnar was awesome! He got most of the paperwork done over the phone before I got there so I could squeeze in after work and get out of there as fast as possible. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

My credit is not so great but Tom, Gunnar, and the family at Advantage Auto were the ones who gave me that chance. Gunner even stayed late on the day I purchased my vehicle. He had recent surgery on his foot.

I'm extremely grateful for their help and am making all the payments on time. They treated me very well. The only thing that is annoying is when they text or call prior to the payment due date. Don't do that Advantage, that is the reason for four stars instead of five.

Let me tell you.these guys are awesome! They treat you like someone purchasing a vehicle SHOULD be treated. If your credit is less than perfect, I highly recommend Advantage Auto if you need a nice ride!

The entire staff helps you with the buying process giving you information on the vehicle as you adk your questions. They explain the process of financing your vehicle. This is our family's 3rd purchase from this group.would not go anywhere else.they are the best.

I was a picky and skeptical car buyer asking MANY questions. Tom patiently let me ask as many questions, compare several CarFax reports, and take several test drives before I made a final decision. I did not feel pressured or rushed. And I have been happy with my Malibu for the past two months this far.
