Aerie Store, King of Prussia PA

I love shopping at this Aerie store. All of the girls who work here are amazing and always so helpful! If they don’t have something out in my size they will check the back for me! I try to always shop sales and use my Aerie/AE rewards account/credit card to get points for my purchases. Their reward system is great and I always get money to spend. I love the American Eagle as well!

Store is very well laid out with extensive attention to detail! All of the floor workers are extremely kind. I was lucky to be helped by Margo, who did a phenomenal job helping me pick out a few gifts for a friend.

We normally have a good experience with any aerie we go to. But a few days ago when we went to the KOP store and it was just a little too ridiculous. We always abide by store rules on covid and have no problem doing it. This store however had rules that just did not make sense. We waited in line patiently for around 15 minutes, and when 4 people came out of the store, the girl working the entrance with a counter and ear piece stopped us even though only one person went in to take the place of the 4 people. My mom and I would have made it 3 people replacing the 4. She told us we could not go in because she needed authorization and then made us walk backwards to stand on a little green circle and did not stop telling us to back up until we actually stood on it. We had to wait several Minutes for her to finally say we could go in and once we did, we saw that every shopper in the store was crammed together in line. It was the biggest aerie I’ve ever been to so to have the majority of people allowed in other store in the same exact spot completely contradicts their covid rules to begin with. My mom and I left annoyed and feeling dumb for even waiting in line and also felt guilty for not buying something because we then felt like we wasted the time of the shoppers still waiting in line. I will be back to the store, only when their rules comply with common sense.

The line to wait if the store is at capacity is near the railing. This makes it impossible for those with a fear of heights to go in and it seems ridiculous to line up here rather than against the wall away from the ledge.

We had an amazing experience here today! They are on point with social distancing. They have a line out the door and the greeter, Kat was super friendly, asking if she could help direct people to what they were looking for and generally very sweet and positive. We went for the sale on bras. Nicole who was working in the fitting rooms and was the guru on bra fittings was amazing. She was so helpful, remembered every customer by name and bra size, she made the experience really relaxing. She wiped down the fitting rooms before we went in and was so fast grabbing another size of anything we needed. This store’s customer service was amazing, highly recommend shopping here!

My daughter was looking for back to school clothes. She found several cute sweaters. The staff was helpful. And the store was well organized.

Would give 0 stars if I could, worst shopping experience I have ever had. While I love AE & Aerie in general, the treatment I had received tonight from the employees at the KOP Aerie location was appalling. I initially drove to this store with the intent to purchase an item listed as "in stock" at this location, when I got there the first employee I talked to bluntly said "what's out, is out". Fine, annoying but fine. Could have gotten past that. I went on to look around & pick up a few other things to try on, but ultimately never got to. Instead I stood in the fitting room area, after asking TWICE to try on these items, while FOUR sales associates glared at me AND DID NOT SAY A WORD. There was no line, there was no one else in any of the fitting rooms. Just four employees blantely ignoring one of their potential customers. The final straw was when I happened to see one of these employees holding the item I had originally came to this store to buy. However whatever she was listening to on her headphones must have been more important than doing her job. Left the store empty handed and these employees lost this store my business.

From a guy's perspective, it's a small enough store that I don't have to follow my girlfriend around for an hour, and it's not charging an arm and a leg for regular clothes. I couldn't tell you what she buys in there but she looks cute wearing it so 5/5.

Best store ever, I only buy aerie products from this store.

The store associate Becca has to be my fav store associate of all time. I usually don't comment on employees but she's so helpful and honest when trying on products and really makes you feel welcome. She makes shopping there an absolute joy. Plus, this Aerie is always neat, unlike most others I've been to that are usually trashed with clothes and undies everywhere. I'll be back for sure!
