Personal trainers have no sense of personal space with regular members at the gym I was on the bench with my music in trying to workout with peace and quiet. But then I was harassed mid set by a personal trainer standing way too close behind the bench causing me to stop mid set because I was uncomfortable he then told me I should use a spot if im going that close to failure when I had atleast a few more reps in before he rudely interrupted my workout

Steam room and sauna are constantly broken. Staff claims the members break it but if that is the case then buy a more robust system with the overpriced membership fee. It’s disappointing that I am not able to go here as much as I would like but when I do I can’t enjoy the main reason I signed up for this place.

It has gotten very dirty in here. There is dirt everywhere, the locker room, the showers, and the pool. It is impossible to walk into the shower rooms, it is disgusting there. No one cares anymore and no one cleans anything. I come here for only one reason - it is located very close to me. I don't recommend this fitness to anyone

30 days to cancel membership and you still get charged for the following month? ! Outrages! Cancellation must be made only in person? Written, electronic and verbal requests are not permitted. Rude staff. Do not give this business your money and time. They obviously do not care about customer relations.

This is a great gym with awesome equipment, classes and staff. I joined in October and decided to hook up with one of their personal trainers, Drew Timins. Drew took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything that he was going to do for me, even included a hand written plan that I could do on my own. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, how to exercise the proper way and health in general, as he was a nurse for many years. His vast knowledge and encouragement has gotten me hooked on working out which is something I really needed! He’s very motivating and an excellent coach for fitness training! I highly highly recommend AFC Fitness, and Drew for all your fitness goals!

Read contract before sign! 30 days cancelation policy: means they will keep charging you after you cancelled. Since i canceled in December They also charged me annual fees in January for next year which is absolutely ridiculous.

Afs fitness employees are not friendly, they are rough to clients, they are very careless, they are liars.their goal is only to get money from people, they don't answer when you call, but they do it themselves, in my opinion, don't buy a membership, they are liars manager always liaying people badly, he called me today, he talked non-stop about membership questions, he didn't say hello, very unrespectfull and bad the manager name is ANDY NEWMAN

Awesome local gym for the north east Philly area with plenty of equipment, space, and most of all, a friendly staff. I got the pleasure of getting a tour of the facility by their fitness manager, Natasha. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and just had a great energy about her. Can’t wait to move back to the area so I can make this my home base for my training.

Had a TERRIBLE experience here today. When I first came in, I was greeted with threats of calling police on me while I was their first time visitor and had no prior experiences here whatsoever. The sole reason for this reaction was me being present next to two of my friends, who were previously escorted out without a normal explanation. I came in to ask what was the problem, as both of them are not fluent in English, and was intending on apologizing for them, in case they did not understand any rules due to a language barrier as from what I figured it could have been the problem. Instead, I was startled by the reaction of their personnel and the threats they made towards us without having a chance to talk and see what was going. The staff was rude, particularly, their manager who was sure she had a right to raise her voice at me and talk to me in such a disrespectful manner. To the upper management, please make sure to give your employees proper training because this is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Lack of respect, courtesy, and ethics at its finest.

The worst place ever. Rude staff and zero respect to member, especially with kids. They never give reliable information about the pool operation plan. It is very difficult to get into the pool. It is always something going on there. When I asked kindly to indicate online all their class schedule in advance, the pool manager attacked me with yelling and rudely pointed to the door where their schedule hung, which I never noticed. My kids were shocked and scared from his behavior, which was unbelievable and unacceptable! Moreover, he discriminated me! I never thought, that such terrible experience could happend to me and my kids!

We at BCS are extremely grateful to have established a partnership with such a great company! Everybody is super attentive and responsive to any requests or questions we may have.

I want to give a shout out to AFC Fitness Feasterville. I’ve worked here since March of this year and it’s without a doubt the best job I’ve had. Mostly because of Brandi, Wilfry, and all of my co-workers. Brandi, my boss, sincerely cares about the well being of the members. And we the housekeeping, care about the cleanliness of the club. It’s a great environment here and there’s so many amenities to choose from. Before I worked here, Andy was a great help with getting my husband, daughter and I our memberships. I liked it here so much that I gladly decided to then be apart of the team.
If any members need anything at all or have suggestions, I’m here to always help, along with the rest of the AFC team. Hope to see you here!

I came in to cancel my membership prior to next month billing. I was told that they need 30 day notice to cancel and I'll be charged for next month. Why do they need 30 day notice? I tried to cancel week before I get charged, do they are making me pay for additional 37 days for no reason. If you want to make this right, reach out membership 246466

No safe place for women at all! There are always someone's 6-10 yr sons hanging around in women's locker room. These boys stare at women's bodies and even make inappropriate comments, and their mothers don't mind their sons' behavior, moreover, they became aggressive if you point out that boys are not allowed here. The problem have been reported to staff members multiple times, but they don't care and do absolutely nothing about it

Nice place. My kids take swimming classes here. Great coach, nice large pool. Everyone is friendly.
