AFC Urgent Care Levittown

Unfavorable visit. Everyone was nice and answered any questions. I came because I had chest pains and a persistent cough and worry I may have pneumonia.

They couldn’t do an X-ray because they didn’t have an X-ray tech.
The EKG machine was broken, several ppl tried for a whole hour. Putting stickers and the ekg cords on and off it was uncomfortable but I was way too patient. The I got the unfortunately you need to go somewhere else for an eKG anyone can do it, didn’t get a referral for that. And wrote me a script for xray elsewhere and a med pack to help treat if there’s a pulmonary infection.
I paid a co pay to be played around with and then not even given a diagnosis. I should have been reimbursed for my visit it was a waste. But the dr told me oh well I’m not charging you for the EKG. Damn right you’re not. I was hoping it would be a nice experience but I won’t be back to find out. Maybe they were just having a bad day. But yeah my pain supersedes that so eh.

I was so grateful for the excellent care I received. The staff was helpful with the registration and I was seen in a very timely manner. The doctor was patient in answering my questions and the medication he prescribed was sent to my pharmacy before I left and was ready for pickup quickly as well. I was so grateful that I went there.

Horrible experience! I was brought in before everyone in the waiting and direct 40 mins in the exam room. While I can hear everyone else that came after me being seen. When Eric Louie, FNP finally came to see me. He was rushing me regardless of him knowing why I was there. He then told me it would take 30 mins for him to properly treat me and because they were closing I would have to come back. My appt was for 3: 45pm and I didn’t get seen until 4: 30. They close at 5pm. So why is it that I have to suffer because he didn’t want to do his job

I had 2 great experiences here within the last 3 weeks. I had fast service and physicians that took time to evaluate my conditions.

Refused to call in a prescription for my 5-year old child who’s been screaming in pain from an ear infection. Told my husband no at 7: 55 pm because “we’re closing man. ” Made my husband leave to drive with her to drop it off and wait half and hour instead of taking the 30 seconds it would have taken to call in needed medication for a sick child. Absolute disgrace and below standard of care for a medical provider. Will be reporting to the state board. NP was named Eric. It’s 8: 30 pm and we still don’t have medication when she should be going to sleep.

Went in for a physical was treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I had a sinus infection and made an appt that morning. Staff was very attentive and I had a very short wait time. Great experience

No long wait for me at this place on a Friday afternoon. Both the nurse and doctor were polite and friendly.

Very fast and friendly. I usually dread going to an urgent care. Seems like you never know how it will go. I was in and out quickly and the staff were all very kind and professional.

Very clean facility, everyone was so nice! Check in was a breeze because you can do everything on the phone prior to coming in. Love it! Will definitely come back here if my family or myself needs to be seen!

This was my first time using an urgent care and I was a little skeptical. However, I called and made an appointment for my son. They had him in and out within a half hour and were very friendly. Definitely would recommend using them. Thank you
