Getting both Rapid Covid tests and antibody tests here was a breeze! Booking an appointment online is super easy, and the staff here is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this location for any urgent care or Covid testing needs!

They schedule a telehealth video interview with you first and it's super easy to schedule your covid test after.you can either get a rapid or a test that sends results 2-3 days later.very efficient and easy way to get tested for COVID!

Quick service for our covid testing. People were knowledgeable and caring. The test results were emailed documentation we needed for our trip. I gave 4 stars because when they sent a link for us to schedule our testing they sent my link to my husband's cell instead of mine. Slight confusion but it worked out ok.

My doctor wasn’t able to see me in a timely manner for an urgent concern, as this place was close to me, I decided to give them a try. I called ahead and spoke to a pleasant employee who said it was okay to come in person and they made sure to ask if I was having any Covid related symptoms (I wasn’t).

They keep the door locked for obvious reasons, but when you knock they come. Everything was seamless, staff was nice, and the doctor who saw me was personable and made me comfortable so that I could discuss my concerns.

I had left my reusable cup, and they made sure to call and let me know. Part of me wishes that I could make this place my primary provider, lol.

Based on my experience, I would recommend this office.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough good things about this urgent care location. I've been here 3 times over the past couple of months, twice for covid rapid testing (which is a breeze) and once for an illness. Each time, I'm treated with respect and kindness. The drs and nurses take time to answer your questions and seem to genuinely care for their patients. Wish I could make this my primary care location!

I had a bike accident that left me with some gashes and an open wound. I immediately went to AFC. Their staff went above and beyond to help me get cleaned and stitched up. I was back on my way in no time. Thank you for everything!

After Covid-19 precautions at the door, the whole process went quickly. Triage and within minutes Dr. Dunn came in to access my issue.
Dr. Dunn spoke to me, explaining everything. Never felt as if I was being spoken down to. I appreciate that the AFC Urgent care is seeing patients in person. Not everything can be handled by a Tele-health visit. Sometimes you need to physically see a Dr. Cannot image an injured rotator cuff being diagnosed via a telephone call. I have clear, concise instructions about what I need to do for it.

Had to just get tested for Covid, made the virtual appointment and when I went to go get tested I was there for maybe 2 mins and it was so easy

The staff was professional and kind. Quick and Efficient service. Would definitely recommend coming to this location for any medical assistance.

1 star only for the service of the video chat before scheduling Covid test. I was waiting in my car as it says ”drive through” under info, as well as what the Dr told me beforehand. Before me two people were tested who were not even wearing masks or asked to put them on. You have to sit down in a chair which they don’t even clean in between patients. When I sat down, I pulled my mask down and she told me to only pull below my nose. So I am wondering why she didn’t tell the people previously to put masks on and allowed them to get tested and stand there without. I am getting tested for travel, not sure if the people before me were having symptoms or also getting tested as a safety precaution, but doesn’t seem like they are handling a safe experience overall from others I have had previously.

I want to say the woman doing testing Thursday morning 7/30 hours was so patient and kind! Wearing all that PPE, continuous long line of patients, hot morning, and on her feet all morning; just an admirable health care work—I appreciate you!

The COVID test was so easy at this location. I felt safe outside, and the shorter qtip didn't hurt at all.

I got my covid test very easily! Yesterday I scheduled and completed my virtual visit with the doctor and, since I had symptoms and was exposed to someone who tested positive, I was able to secure a covid test for the next day. That test took all of 2 minutes upon arrival. The administrator was very professional, fully dressed in PPE, located outdoors, and completed it quickly. So easy and now I’ll wait for my results!

I've been to AFC many times. They're always prompt, courteous and professional. I recommend them without hesitation.

The test was quick and painless. The lady doing the test was pleasant and kind. This location is actually in the back of the Urgent Care Facility for Covid test near Acme.

Wow you guys are amazing! The best urgent care ever and Ive been to few of them with my kiddos. EVERYONE has been so helpful from day one! Monique, Dr. Eric Chantel, Natalie and the lady who does the testing outside in the heat (she need a fan) :).
I went in w my family for COVID-19 testing it was a pleasure, easy Peezy! The solv app have me problems for few days and Dr. Eric and Monique took care of it as soon as I mentioned it! I just wanted to thank you all!

I was able to quickly and easily set up a virtual appointment then was scheduled for an in person appointment for a Covid-19 test. They say my results will be available 5 days after my test, so we’ll see! So far it has been a good experience, I’ll follow up once I get my results.

COVID test absolutely terrible. The doctors go very gentle swabbing and try to make it as comfortable as possible.

Super easy to do the telehealth call and then the in person visit was very convenient and fast. Highly recommend!

Overall great for COVID testing, especially if you need results fast. Tiffany was an absolute angel. She was very cooperative and helpful with my situation. AFC at NL should be very grateful for such a gem to be working at their location!
