We are pleased with the experience we have had with Agency 345. They are very personable and transparent with their communication and respond promptly to our questions through emails and phone calls.

I met with Alan to do an evaluation of a mishmash of previous marketing efforts and he was extremely helpful. No high pressure, accurate information, easy to talk with and he made himself very available to me. It's unusual to find anybody in the marketing business that focuses on your needs and not the desires of their company. I would certainly recommend him.

Just wanted to add this at the top. Now that we've hired another marketing company, we are actually getting quality leads that are making purchases, unlike before where we had like 30% closing rate because we were not getting the right quality leads. Even our yelp account is giving us more quality leads than we got from this place. What a waste of money over the last 2 years. With our new marketing company + yelp now we are actually hitting the numbers we are supposed to and in just under 1 month from when Agency 345 and dealer world tried to 4x their price. Again, do not recommend.

I worked with Agency 345 for 2 years, they are a branch off another company called Dealer Worod. Their staff I worked with was pretty good but they recently tried to 4x their monthly price on us (we were one of their first clients), and so we called it quits as it was definitely not worth $4000 a month. We had good months and bad months through out the 2 year period, a fair amount of my ad spend was wasted as i trained their team to do SEO for my industry… there was minimal accountability held for the money they wasted and the money my business lost from the improper ads and wrong leads coming in. The transition out was a nightmare to say the least… we were behind on a bill (our fault but also thats because we couldn’t stay busy enough despite their marketing) and rather than working with us on it after a 2 year relationship, they demanded we pay now or they shut off our ads mid month during our final month. This effectively destroyed my business the last 3 weeks as we lost all our marketing and as google ads has a learning phase, even switching to a new service right away did not bring us back to where we were. So we have viciously struggled and lost money because of this. I cannot believe how they treated us, expecting us to pay 4x and then screwing us over when we said no. The man in charge would not even respond to my final email expressing my feelings in this matter. Apparently their first ever client was not worth the time. Once upon a time I recommended this service to people but I can’t say I ever will again. Their final act of shutting off our ads instead of working out a payment plan or date decimated my business and has cost me a large amount out of pocket. Although some of the staff were fun to work with, we lost more money than we gained using this company. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely hands down the best agency I have worked with. Agency 345 has gone above and beyond my expectations. They have been extremely helpful and assisting me with every day concerns when running a business. They have helped grow my business in the last few months, and are Always a step ahead with new ideas and helping to improve traffic. I am extremely grateful to have found them. The staff is so educated and willing to lend a helping hand no matter what. Their expertise is beyond impressive!

Do not hire this company! We recently parted ways with them after they wanted to 4x their price on us. However this was the best decision we ever made! After 1 month with a new marketing company we are busier than we’ve ever been. Dealer world / Agendy 345 wasted tens of thousands of dollars of our ad spend with their incompetent ads specialists for google and Facebook with ZERO accountability. We went from a 30% closing rate on leads that sometimes weren’t even from our state or looking for services we even performed. We met almost weekly and they couldn’t bring us business. I can’t believe I stayed with this company for 2 years, they nearly destroyed my livelihood with their ad work, we reinvested over $50k of our own money into the business to keep it afloat while we watched other companies stay busy. Their Management refuses to take accountability for the money they wasted or even respond to us. This company has no clue what they are doing. Since they refuse to refund us or even respond, looks like they want to play hard ball and we will be opening a lawsuit against them for mismanagement of funds and false advertising. So glad we are done with this joke of a marketing company. Do not hire them unless you want to lose all your money. Our monthly gross doubled in 30 days after firing these guys. Do not trust them.

The employees of Agency 345 are some of the nicest and most cooperative I've encountered in the marketing industry. They go above and beyond to be communicative, transparent, and helpful by whatever means necessary. Working with Agency 345 is a breath of fresh air I will always be grateful for; I cannot recommend them enough!

Working with Agency 345 has been a great experience. I have worked with other advertising agencies in the past and have never received the level of service I have experiences at Agency 345.
They are responsive to both phone calls and emails. They provide advice and do not cloud the advice with a bunch of lingo and jargon.they just shoot you straight.
I would recommend Agency 345 to anyone who is looking to increase their reach on social media or grow their business through marketing.
