Jim and his crew poured a 2300 square foot pool deck for me. For our project, we chose a light gray concrete with a slate stamp.

Jim and his crew started with a very rough grade setting, and were complete with a perfectly finished job in about a week.

Jim was responsive and answered many questions from me before and during the job. He did it with both patience and kindness.

Importantly, Jim was extremely involved the entire engagement. From estimate to prep to pour to cut and seal and finish, he was either present or accessible the whole way. It's very comforting to have an owner involved in the work, and working the project - instead of a company who has a hired project manager who doesn't have the same drive for perfection.

And most importantly, the quality of the final product was tremendous. It is literally perfect. In my conversations with Jim, you can hear that he wants the final product to be perfect and he's doing all he can to get it there.

Jim and his Agra team are terrific! We had Agra install a large stamped concrete patio almost 15 years ago. The patio has not shifted or cracked anywhere due to great installation and expert saw cuts. Within the last month, we had Agra replace our front paver walkway with stamped concrete. We love the workmanship and our neighbors all comment how great it looks. Jim knows his craft and is a hands on owner. His crews are professional and respectful. Jim replaced our back patio in May 2023. I got the feeling that he had incredible amounts of experience and knowledge after meeting him for the estimate. He is also very honest and professional, answering any questions I had. His communication is top notch. He made sure to have our patio complete before my child's first birthday party which was amazing. I didn't even ask. Once he found out about it - he committed to completing it in time. We had a few days of rain we had to work around, but he made sure to keep in touch and explain the timeline in detail. Let me tell you - the patio was well worth the wait! It's beautiful! WOW, WOW, WOW! Jim and his team replaced our existing pool deck in September of 22. From the moment we met Jim, there was no doubt he would do our project. He is honest, easy to talk to, thorough, and knows his concrete. He communicated regularly on the timeline and answered all our questions along the way.
