I would recommend this office for eye care to anyone who needs an exam or for eye problems. Thank for the great service

Was so nice going for my appointment today. No masks required, only if you wanted to wear one. The atmosphere was so different. Everyone was more laid back. Like they didn't mind being there. It was like people found their voices again. My time went by very quickly. You could tell the staff was back to normal. Smiles that brightened everyone's faces.

This was my first time going here & everyone was so nice & I didn’t have to wait a long time to be seen. I had a great experience there. I want to thank everyone who took care of me during my visit.

Dr. Nairn displayed great expertise. His staff is very proficient. The exam was very thorough and the explanations detailed.

Everyone is so kind and friendly there! Great news.the regimen the Drs.have me on is doing great! Eyesight is better, not perfect but it never has been! But the corneal cloudiness is diminishing allowing me to see everything much clearer. Thank you Doc! Fast, friendly and courteous service

Everybody there was so polite. The doctor and the nurse, both explained what they were going to do before they did it. The lady at the register desk was very patient and didn't try to rush me, arriving or leaving. The waiting room was clean and spacious. Altogether, a nice experience.

The dr was very polite and so was the assistants. The dr explained everything to me.was very pleased

Good & clean Office. Just wish that they would do the surgery and get it over with. I understand that there is risk but there is risk with everything including walking and driving.

Dr Zhao and nurses are great. Only complaint sat in waiting room 2 hiurs waiting to be seen

This was a first-time visit. The staff was polite and professional and the wait was minimal. Every part of the testing process was explained well along the way. The doctor was clear about his diagnosis & the necessary treatment. The rating would have been 5 stars if I hadn't felt the need to ask for more detailed info about the medication. So far, I would definitely recommend this practice for those that need this level of eye care.

Second visit was also a good experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone for any type of eye care.

Monthly visits continue to be good. And the treatments for my issue have been effective. Kudos to AIO.

I am not happy. Today the roads were horrible tried to make it from Blanket Hill area. Drove for awhile pulled off and called. Was told that they were going to call because no one there for my test. This was around 8: 30am my appt. Was 8: 45am. When were they going to call? I could have gone to work for 7: 30 and missed the bad roads. Just had a conversation with Chris and will change to 4 stars.

Everyone was great and knew what they were doing which I really liked and the Dr.was super I will be going back and tell my friends and family that it's a great place for your eyes
