I live at Stonegate townhouses and I want to give 5 stars to Stu, maintenance department. He fixed all my repairs and showed me how to light my fireplace and he was very patient with me. He did excellent work. Thank you Stu

I have been since last summer of 2023 to receive my deposit. I sent several email to different persons and nobody has the time to solve a mistake in the ledger. They are charging me a rent money. When we already paid everything. To get our deposit back. This is in Franklin commons in Bensalem.

I’ve been staying in the Stone Gate Apartments since the middle of June and after having such a rough move, it was great and relieving to be greeted by Stu Wherry of maintenance when I first came to view my unit. I’ve known Stu for multiple decades and he’s always has been beyond helpful during my stay.

HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT EXTORTS THEIR TENANTS! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I can't say it enough. They treat us horribly. They charge outrageous fees and manage to get away with it. They are rude and disgusting to the tenants. Do not rent from them.

If i could give zero stars I would. Do not move into any of Aion's properties. The management is terrible. They do not care about residents.

I don't know where to begin as a resident of The Parc at West Point, since the purchase last year transition is a constant factor. Maintenance, management and residents leaving like a revolving door. Management does NOT keep it's tenants informed and furthermore the person at the front desk is unfriendly and gives the impress by her demeanor that "one is bothering her". Right now 2 maintenance people and the property manager are gone for unknown reasons. I believe there to be a new property manager but again NO INFORMATION TO RESIDENTS! I am fearful to call or go to the office as I am unsure what type of attitude I will get there! I have called AION Management headquarters or at least I thought I did. Outsourced to a 3rd party! No surprise! That phone call was a waste of time on my part. I see on Linkedin they are listed as "Best in Class" really not at The Parc at West Point. The tenants and the community have deteriorated at a rapid pace since AION added this community to it's portfolio. Buyer beware! Or in this case tenant beware!

If zero stars was an option I would give it. Awful business practices

Update:
Living at one of their complexs has simply haunted me for years. Was in a DV situation, gave notice of leaving i was no longer living there because i was unsafe, then “evicted” me a few months later. They were informed immediately of me leaving, and the other tenant was still there and moved someone else in. Three years later they reported a “balance” to collections. So now i have an eviction on my renters report and a derogatory mark in my credit.

And yes, i did call as their response stated and the “legal” team stated theres nothing they can do to for me. Even with my paperwork and proof that i left months prior. DO NOT LIVE AT ONE OF THEIR COMPLEXS.

Disgustingly trashy company, don’t waste your time or money. Needs to be shut down immediately.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I applied for an apartment back in May at The Addison (in North Whales, PA), paying $255 for the application and deposit. I never received a response as to whether or not my application was approved, which caused me to have an extremely stressful moving experience. And I have been fighting with the leasing office trying to get my money back.

This is honestly ridiculous, I have done everything in my power to give them time to provide me with a refund for the application I have submitted. I have spent money on gas, to speak with someone on property several times, as I am unable to reach anyone by phone, and have been told that the refund will be processed promptly.

Their severe lack of communication and unwillingness to show any sympathetic hospitality, creates a very poor reflection on the organization.

Alexander, the staff member I was working with, failed to respond to countless email and phone calls that spanned over a significant amount of time. I have been treated the same way by Stephanie, who is supposedly a manager in the leasing office

Although I found another apartment, this incident caused my moving experience to be more stressful and time consuming, as I had to find a new apartment at the last minute due to the organization's lack of response.

I warn you DO NOT apply for an apartment here, unless you want to pay $255 to have their staff treat you like dirt.

Update:
I filled out the form as requested, but I still have not been contacted by your management team. It has been over three weeks since I have filled out the form. I have been extremely compliant with this organizations request, but this is unacceptable. An organization of your size should be able to deal with this situation seamlessly. Extremely disappointed and quite honestly I am perplexed how you are still in business.

It has been 3 months and still no security deposit back. I have called twice; both reps have been very nice and have “updated the ticket” but nothing has happened still. My apartment was left in better condition than I moved into it with, so I expect to see a full deposit. In the contract, it’s stated you have 45 days to send me my deposit; and it’s been 80 now. My lawyer will be in touch if I don’t see this soon.

THIS IS THE UNION GROVE APARTMENTS! You people should be ashamed of yourself! You run apartment complex and refuse to fix anything. I lived with dry rot and mold under my rug for a year. All I got was the run-around from your horrible office staff and so called maintenance team. Do not rent from these people.

The worst management company ever. Try to reach them for any issue. Impossible. You leave your details, they open a case and give you a number and say they will call within 48 hours. Never happened (I 3 cases numbers)

Have had multiple tickets open for months now. I have never received any contact. The government needs to intervene with this company. They need shut down and investigated. Continued: I still have not been in contact with anyone from Aion it’s be over a year. I have 7 cases waiting for contact.

I got an email less than a month ago saying I had until September 16,2023 to make my decision about renewing my lease and terms so here I am thinking wisely wether I want to renew for 13 or 15 months and yesterday September 4th I get an email saying you guys auto renewed my lease for a year with nearly 300 dollar increase. That is totally not fair when I go to the office to explain to them that I still had time to make a decision and wanted to extend for 15 months for 120 dollar increase they tell me the email was auto generated and there’s nothing they can do about it because my lease was already auto renewed. That is insane to me because it clearly states I have until September 16 to select my lease terms. I’m really upset because I cannot afford to pay nearly 300 dollars more and she basically said if I can’t pay it then they will basically take me to court or give a 60 days notice and pay a lease termination fee of 1 month rent. For a mistake that you guys made. All I wanted was to renew my lease for 15 months.
