The owner is a heartless person. I like their fresh vegetables for sure. I tested Covid positive and wanted some grocery. I called him to request him for curbside pickup and he straight away denied to bring the grocery outside the store.
Times like these when people are helping each other out, he is just concerned about his stupid policies. Very very disappointed and no humanity seriously.

Variety available. Adequate space for handling number of customers. Well maintained stock of goods

Owner of Akshay Grocery was very rude and was not even ready to tell the price of the product. I strongly recommend not to ever visit the store again. They were shouting on Kids and customers and highly unprofessional. When I dialed back to discuss the matter they were not ready to discuss the matter.

I wish I could give a negative rating, worst customer service, mannerless owner, he shouted at my son for asking price, when I ask him if you don't want to tell the price before purchase, you should label it on the racks. He yelled at me & my mother too and said, " Customers are crooks and clever" they change price tags with lesser ones, etc.and don't teach us how to run the business; we know how to handle customers. That was so uncivilized, and I repeatedly asked him to speak politely; I was just asking the price of the product, but he was yelling without stopping; he needed some serious treatment. I would recommend all avoid this store if you don't want a bad experience and spoil your mood.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Owner and other persons working here are very rude and behavior towards customers is very bad.
They know all these still doing bad at customers.
Especially lady is very rude at customers.
If you want to know the price you have to bring the product to the counter to check the price and for some reason you decided not buy for price or other reason you have to go back and keep the products where you picked.

No proper price tags and no proper display screen at counter to know the price.
Especially snacks are smells very BAD within 2-3 days. REMEMBER: if you buy any leaves like mint or gongura or methi leaves as such then you have to verify before they billed because most of the time they spoiled already or old stuff they sold without showing it to the customer.
If you need any leaves such as mint, you should tell them as soon as you enter the store otherwise they say are you blind.

I strongly recommend not buy anything from this store.

I called this guy to ask for Prestige Cooker accessories. On the phone his attitude is horrible!
This guy has no clue of doing business at all! Ekdum bekar! He’s spoiling all Marathis reputation and being one, I feel bad! Very rude attitude, please never shop at this place! 3rd class manus! Hope this guy is reading this and he must read it! Bad bad bad bad review and attitude and horrible person!

Extremely rude behavior towards the customer. The owner as well as the lady who is at the counter.
I am not sure how this store is still open with such service. People have less options may be thats why. Expensive as well. God save us from the hand sanitizer that they use. Travel far but don't go at this place. Once I even saw another customer complaining over expired products with the lady to no solution. It seems the owner is forced to run the shop or we are getting the products for free.

I saw so many reviews for rude behavior, expired products and high prices.

Service and attitude that they are showing is like they are president. They have limits to buy minimum $10 with both debit and credit card otherwise they don't want to serve. I thought customers are always king of market but here they treat customer as servant.

Best selection of rice I've ever seen, at great prices too. The owners are always extremely nice and happy to educate
