***AVOID THIS PLACE****

When I called them for appointment, I was told I could walk-in, no appointment is necessary for xray. So I reached there at 3: 30 PM on Friday and front desk women was very rude. I was charged $31.98 for the deductible and she asked me to wait. I waited for 10 mins. After 10 mins front desk women called me and told they can't take XRAY today because they have 3 patients ahead of me and I have to come back another day with scheduling appointment. When I asked them why did you charge me and why did you ask me to wait if you knew that you already have 3 patients ahead of me. She didn't have an answer but she asked when can we schedule appointment? I didn’t want to proceed with them further so I decided to not schedule the appointment and walked out. They voided out the payment that I made.

Don’t use this place. They will let you schedule an appointment ask for all your info then cancel your appointment 2 days before the appointment. Saying you can’t pay out of pocket for an X-ray. The appointment was scheduled two weeks ago and you call me 2 days before to tell me this. Why not tell me this all when I made the appointment and I informed you I was paying out of pocket like I have with your company in the the past. Poor customer service. The rep left me on hold forever waiting for a manager. There are other better options for your X-rays and imagining needs.

I needed to get a copy of a test that was done a few years ago. I called Akumen Langhorne, and Dave (along with a woman from there whose name I didn't get) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to track down the files, including even driving to another location to pick them up! Dave called me throughout the process to update me on the progress, and was very mindful of getting the test to me in time for my doctor's appointment. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ANYMORE!

Most of the people working here are extremely friendly and pleasant. The one exception is the ultrasound tech with the accent. She is the most unfriendly, non-people person I have ever come across having a test done. I tried to start a conversation with her and she just ignored me. It would be great if you had someone with a personality doing the ultrasounds. Especially, if you are only there because of getting sad news on a previous test.

Not reliable staff. We went there to get MRI for my husband on a Thursday. They gave us a CD right away but it is almost a week today (Wednesday today) and we haven’t got the reports yet which is pathetic as they mentioned that we would get the report in 48 hours. We booked the ortho appointment after 5 days of getting MRI which wasn’t much fruitful because of their delay. They don’t understand the damage their delay does as it delays the treatment… please don’t go there if you want to get treated on time.

I went here two times for a CT scan and had the best experience. The front desk ladies were so kind and informative. David was my X-ray tech and he is the best of the best. He walked me through every step of what he was doing which is really great when you’re nervous or never experienced this before. He is so kind and he kept talking to me which took my mind off of what was happening. This is the place to go if you need imaging done I’ve never experienced such a nice and informative healthcare staff like them!

Tara Lynn Parsons the Account Executive and Akumin Langhorne imaging co-workers are amazing to work with. They stepped up at a crucial time and everyone hit a homerun.

As a chiropractor and parent to a NCAA Div. 1 athlete, they stepped up and were able to get my son in quickly for an MRI to rule out a possible serious underlying condition. The information in the report was accurate and gave me great relief. I have referred many of my own patients to Akumin Langhorne. Highly recommended, trust me.

I would like to thank the staff at the Akumin in Langhorne, Pa.for being so professional during my first visit to this location. The x-ray technician, Mary, made my experience such a pleasant one that I couldn't wait to tell my family! I usually cannot stand getting this work done but this time it was a breeze!
I just want to thank the ENTIRE FRONT RECEPTIONIST STAFF (Especially 'LADY MARION) for all that she did to welcome me to the location. Of course, I will continue to tell anyone that listens to me about Akumin in Langhorne, Pa.for all of their imaging needs until they tell me to stop (Lol). Thanks again to everyone, enjoy your day.

Great facility and staff. Particularly, Tara Lynn was a big help getting me scheduled promptly. She was compassionate, something you don't see alot of nowadays!

Rothman Orthopedics in Newtown LOVES Tara Lynn Parsons. She has helped us out on many occasions and she is always there to take care of us. She has helped our doctors get log ins when needed and always help make things much smoother for them. The doctors all enjoy when she comes to visit, she is always pleasant and takes the extra time with them when needed. She is always there to answer any questions that they have and guide them in the right direction. Thank you Tara for all your help! You are much appreciated!

Not a patient but took my sister in and was rudely talked to saying I need to wait for her in my vehicle. Second day I took her in and was again immediately told that they thought they made it clear the previous day I can’t stay in the waiting room. I understand there are rules but don’t need that attitude from supposedly professional staff. Sorry but this just bothered me. I don’t live in the area and was just surprised at their demeanor

I had an MRI done yesterday and the nurse that put me in the machine was very patient with me and explained everything I had to do and it was very nice and safe.

Do NOT go here for an ultrasound related to pregnancy. I went here, instead of my affiliated hospital, for a 32 week ultrasound in an attempt to avoid the huge cost I've had to pay for past ultrasounds. I left the experience feeling truly violated. The ultrasound tech clearly did not know what she was doing and was pressing down on my full bladder (she insisted I keep drinking water) for almost an hour. I kept telling the tech it was very uncomfortable for me to be flat on my back and she was unresponsive. She just kept complaining about how she couldn't find what she needed (e.g. The baby's head, the cervix). She kept saying "we need to find one more thing"- 20 mins would pass and I'd ask if she was able to find what she needed and try to get an update.because I was laying there in so much discomfort. It was insane. When I was finally able to get up my back was in so much pain that I could barely walk. The tech asked me "are you tired? " A routine pregnancy ultrasound is honestly supposed to be a joyous occasion. I wish I would have paid the astronomical hospital bill to be treated like a human being and have an ultrasound tech who knew what they were doing. I'm truly sad I can't get that experience back.

In the last 2 weeks I've sent 2 of my patients over to the Langhorne location for MRIs, and they have been extremely quick and efficient with not only scheduling, but getting reports out in a timely manner. A huge thanks to Tara Lynn Parsons for streamlining co-ordination of care for them. Thank You!
