Told we cant help you our technician is on vacation for 2 weeks.seriously only have 1 employee that can do xrays? Huge inconvenience and lacking of consideration for your patients.

Everyone was very professional, the manager was very kind, I highly recommend!

Beware! This company quotes you their fee for a specific procedure and then bills your insurance company a much higher fee. If your insurances allowable amount is higher their quoted fee, you are responsible for the difference. They do not explain this to you even when you ask specific questions regarding your financial responsibility prior to having the procedure. Afterwards, they act like it's your fault for not knowing this could happen and begin calling their "fee" an "estimated fee. " Does that sound like they're being honest? I think not!

I went to Chambersburg Diagnostic Imaging after having a brain tumor removed in Hershey in December 2019. The area still needed radiation to make sure that the tumors did not come back. Dr. Kil and his team did all of the preliminary work, bloodwork, mask fitting, and consultation. On the day that I was supposed to get my first treatment, his staff called and said he had changed his mind and that he had deemed it too risky of an area to approach, even though Hershey said that that’s ridiculous. I was wanting to use Chambersburg to avoid driving back and forth to Hershey every day for 6 weeks. If he thinks it’s too risky and he was not confident enough in his own skills to do the work, I definitely do not want him doing it. The part that is upsetting is that they billed me for over $900 and management would not return phone calls about this matter.
Be careful when booking here and arranging the set up work and make sure you get some kind of return policy In place in case they chicken out on the actual radiation treatments.

Wonderful experience. The front desk staff were friendly and made it easy to check in. Once I got back to the MRI, the woman that helped was amazing. Chrissy (Christie maybe?) was the warmest, most caring nurse I have met. I had never had an MRI before and didn't expect to be nervous. Once I saw the tube I had to fit into, I became very nervous. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to go through with it. She calmed me down and let me know she was going to be right there. She inched me in so I could get acclimated to the machine. It went very smoothly. I have had back pain for 15 years. Because of my MRI, my doctors were able to find multiple things that need attention. I wouldn't have been able to get those results if it wasn't for her. Thank you so much. If I ever need any other imaging, this will be my first stop.
