Alamo Rent A Car, Montoursville PA

Do not rent a car from this untrustworthy Alamo office. I got a great rate, they had it when I showed up, but a week later and a few hours after returning the vehicle, they called to inform me I was being charged my entire $250 deductible for cleaning (a 67% up-charge!) The car had a tiny amount of sand in rear footwells from taking my kids to the beach -nothing a 2 second vacuum wouldn't fix, that they were supposed to be doing anyway. The agent also accused me of having a dog in the car, which I did not. Furthermore, the interior of the car was stained and dirty when I picked it up (I took photos straight away) and the oil change light kept coming on. Weirdly, the glove box was also full of other rental car materials, including Enterprise, making me think this was some kind of shared vehicle. Alamo Customer Service are attentive and will tell you they've contacted management at this branch office on your behalf, but they still don't return your calls and nothing will happen. Rent a car from somewhere else.

Worse service ever reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior and paid for.show up and and they have nothing and the lady working the counter did nothing to help assist with twh problem.

The Worst Experience EVER. Don't depend on this company to take care of their mistakes or to provide the correct rental.
