3Had a gas fireplace insert installed by Alaska to replace my wood fireplace. I couldn’t be happier. Only reason they didn’t get a 5-star was due to the time it took to get them here. They are very busy and I understand why. Ken was very professional and fair with his pricing.
Drove for 40 minutes just to find out they were closed at noon on Saturday wasted my time money and gas you need to update your website so other people don't do the same thing
Bought our house 2 years ago. Alaska furnace had cracked glass, which needs to be replaced. We have called for a year trying to get someone to service it. Most calls are not even returned. The ones that are keep promising someone will call back to schedule service. It never happens. DON'T PURCHASE. YOU WILL NEVER GET SERVICE.
