I can not state how much I appreciate Abert's Heating and Cooling, but I'll try. We purchased our house with a 30+ year old oil furnace that was on it's last legs. For two years it had numerous issues. All of which were addressed promptly and professionally by Abert's friendly staff. They would even guide me through what they did and several issues I was able to fix myself in the future.

Eventually, we had them install a new furnace with some duct work changes which again, was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They have always been extraordinary helpful and patient whenever I call. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company overcharged me. Massive overhead for their parts. It's better to buy parts elsewhere. The hourly rate is ridiculous. They charged us $600 for one hour of work to replace a $200 inducer motor.

Albert’s is my go-to when I need work done on my furnace and AC unit. They’re always quick to answer phone calls (even on weekends, which is very appreciated), and recently I needed a new furnace. I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to fully install it and my new thermostat on Monday. They are prompt, fair, professional, do a great job and don’t give you the runaround or treat you like you’re stupid. I will continue to use their services!

The install crew was great. Joe gave us a quote and told us the install should be easy and the guys made it look that way! Over 20 years ago they did our original system. This time they replaced the furnace and added Central air for us and I would use Albert's again if I need anything done!

I called Albert's for a quote on installing a central air conditioning unit in my home. Joe Rabick came the very next day which I really appreciated. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the different ways I can choose from. My wife and I chose to get the financing and replace the old furnace as well as the new A. C.unit. Albert's HVAC came in just 1 week after I was approved and installed my new furnace and A. C. They finished the installation in 1 day and not only were the installers very professional but explained everything in full detail with me and also cleaned up to the point that you wouldn't have known they were there! We had a great experience with Alberts. When our heating system needed replaced, we knew we’d also have to get our AC replaced soon too so we got quotes on doing both at once. Alberts was super responsive and timely, answering any questions we had. From our experience with Joe in sales to all of the guys who did our install, we were very pleased and would definitely recommend Alberts for your HVAC needs.

I had heating issues for about 1.5 weeks before my landlord found Albert's heating. Once my landlord found Albert's heating they were really quick to respond to my home. They staid for about an hour looking at my furnace and found a loose wire. After we realized the wire wasn't the issue and after I explained the issue to Albert over the phone he then realized it was the mother board. He ordered the piece the next morning since I had called after 4: 30 pm. He called me the same day he ordered the piece and told me he received a confirmation of the piece being shipped. He said it would take about 2 to 3 business days since it was coming from Texas. He called me about a day in a half later telling me he got the piece and someone would be out the next morning before they do their other jobs. I agreed since the weather was semi nice. Someone came the next day about 9am and fixed the furnace. Albert called me this morning for a follow up and he was super nice.
They came to my house early last week, ordered the piece mid week, and fixed it on Friday. They have great customer service, communication, and nice staff that will explain everything to you. I would highly recommend and use them again. They told me to call them anytime I have issues.
