Ryan, Chuck and thus the Alderfer’s Glass Company were awesome. Responsive and quick with the evaluation of my situation and turnaround time to get glass for my car. Even when the glass wasn’t able to be used strictly due to the damage that had already been done to the door frame they were so courtesy in returning the glass with no additional charge. Couldn’t have felt better in their hands figuring out my situation. When you see so many businesses struggle with juggling problems and adjusting on the fly these guys did it flawlessly and it made my worries nonexistent. Thank you guys again for the education and the customer service!
Very efficient and friendly. They came and measured within a few days of my call. They estimated 6 weeks for my shower door, but it was ready in 4 and came in under estimate. Installed quickly. I love it. So glad my contractor recommended Alderfer.
Alderfer also does quality autoglass replacements at a good price. I'm happy with the windshield replacement they performed for me.
