ALDI, Lancaster PA

This is a great discount European grocer. Bring your own bags for your groceries and a quarter for a shopping cart. The store will sell you bags if you forget yours and you will get your quarter back when you return the shopping cart. The store does not sell many name brand items but they have comparable brands.

Aldi's is a great place to get fresh produce and bags frozen fruit. Their prices are very reasonable and they often have a wide variety of options. Also, they sell scented candles that make your home smell good and are priced really cheap!

I went to this ALDI looking for a specific product and I went to go ask an associate who was stocking if they happened to have the item. When I approached them, I politely said hi and I had a question. They stopped stocking, turned around, and looked at me with an annoyed face, saying nothing. When I asked if they had the product, she quickly and RUDELY said that they didn't have it. I said thank you and went on my merry way. Now, if I approached with hostility, I would have understood the response I received. As a fellow retail worker myself, I know what it is like to deal with not-so-nice customers and I don't want to be like them, so I am VERY polite and understanding with other retail workers. I did not get her name, but I really did not appreciate the quality (or lack there of) of customer service that I experienced today. It was my first time in the store and it will be my last. Thankfully I stopped at two other ALDIs in the area looking for the product and the associates I talked to KINDLY and POLITELY said they did not have them. The one even told me when they would be getting a shipment in next and the other apologized for not having them in stock. The employee I spoke to today should take notes. I could NEVER imagine treating a polite customer who needed help with such annoyance.

Lititz Family Restaurant is like breath of fresh air with reasonable prices and lots of good food. The friendly staff pampers you with great service and friendly smiles. They can service couples or large groups.

I just love Aldis' it's reasonable, good products, clean, great house items you may never think of. Friendly staff.

Normally I go to my local Aldi. This one happened to be on my route for todays shopping instead. They literally THROW the groceries in my cart at checkout here. My Aldi would never allow that. Not planning to come here ever again.

Vowed to never shop here again. After a family member was fired 3 days before Christmas. When many of the staff members had attendance issues. It has been 3 years and no one in my family shops here or any of my close friends!

Well stocked and clean! 3 check out lines making very little wait. Impressed because I don't find it like this at my local Aldi.

They don’t have everything. But what they do have is cheap. I went from spending $100 a week to spending $100 a month. Also lost 20lbs lol nice advertising

Store has their own brand as well as name brands. Special branding products are of good quality, allowing price. Favorites are 8 oz blocks of cheese, peanut butter cups, hazelnut chocolate bars and Clancey's potato chips.

This is a nice Aldi. Everything you expect from an Aldi store. Clean, well stocked, and I never have to wait too long to check out. Don't forget your bags and a quarter!

If you're ever going to be stuck in a line it might as well be at aldi. If only all lines moved that fast! Very efficient system. Friendly smiles most of the time. Great comparable products.

Best place to shop, prices was awesome, today I when to shop with my son, I received a call from my doctor and my son, didn't remember my pin, he pay with debit, and I speak to a manager and they help me out the reverse the payment, I did the purchases with my card

Smaller grocery store then the big chains but prices are are quite reasonable. Store brand coffee creamers are inexpensive and, in my opinion, better than national brands.

Bring your own bags or boxes for your groceries or you will need to buy bags from store. Bring a quarter for your cart. You will get it back when you return the cart. Lines move quickly at checkout.

Aldi is always so cheap. Quality food too. So if you want to save money and buy quality food for cheap this is the place to go!

I love Aldi's! Great prices on staples like flour, butter, sugar. You can find good deals on name brands as well as store brands. Also check out the aisle with seasonal items.

Aldi always has the best prices. The selection isn't as large as a typical grocery store but what I can get there is worth the trip.

Higher prices than other Aldi's. Needs more staff to keep shelves stocked and organized. Many holes on shelves and some sections looked like a tornado went through the store. Some fruit and vegetables were going bad. Cashier was efficient and friendly.
