Supermarket ALDI reviews
18I'm an Aldi fanatic, and I'm rarely disappointed no matter which location I visit. They keep it clean and the staff is always helpful. Great products and prices. We go there first before going to the other grocery stores because we save so much money.
I love Aldis.employees are super friendly and helpful. But most important you walk out with a lot of groceries!
Best grocery store in the area
Low prices for just the basics
Friendly environment
Being that it is a new built store, awesome, clean. Happy to have the option now in Lewisburg
Typical Aldi’s. Low cost food with few name brands. Great place to get fruit and vegetables.
Great food for cheap. I love their random aisle. I got an air cooler there that was great on my camping trip. You never know what you'll find!
Recently, as in the past few months, they've been out of stock on 30-50% of what we've gone there for. I know sometimes you can ask corporate over and over to send more and that doesn't always happen, but it sucks having to make extra trips to other stores for what they used to have stocked I am hoping the new one in Lewisburg helps the traffic through the Shamokin Dam location
It's been awhile since I've been to Aldi. It has really changed. Modern and updated. Definitely some great bargains
Love the prices. Some of the shelves were low. Wasn't able to get everything I wanted.
We love it but wished it was closer. Our closest is 30 mi away. They are a warehouse store and don't have everything but so so cheap. They have certain things from Germany which I love since that is my background. It reminds me of my childhood. You buy or take your own bags and pack your own groceries. You put a quarter in to take a cart and get it back when you take it back and there are never carts in the parkibg lot! Did I say they are sooo cheap!
Shop here every week. Clean store prices are good. Had home delivery done and curbside service. Like shopping here
This store is fantastic! I save a lot of money shopping here.
They don't have a lot of brand name foods, but my kids can't tell the difference and eat it just the same. They have organic foods as well and are cheaper than the name brand stores in my area.
I will also say that the store is always clean. The staff work hard to make it that way, do their best to keep things restocked, and are friendly.
Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart!
This is an excellent store where one can find many gourmet specialty items as well as basics, all without the time consuming drama of having twenty brands to choose from. You'll get the highest quality and enough selection to keep even discriminating foodies, and the family, especially, quite happy. For all of this, you get to pay ateast 1/3 less than other stores, sometimes half the price. I have no earthly idea why anyone would not shop here first. Bear in mind, this store is German owned, indeed run by the same parent company as Trader Joe's! Pro tip: If you see a brand name in their store, they are offering the same product under their label. The quality is flawless. I've been shopping Aldi for better than 25 years.
Love Aldi. We shop here every week and grocery bill is probably 1/2 what i would pay at a "normal" grocery store.
Decent price food. Pretty cheap.i shop here sometimes for the meats and box and can things
Can't beat Aldi's prices. Very affordable, high quality store brands. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart.
Aldi is my go to store for low prices on quality fresh foods as well as a great selection of frozen items. The store is clean and easy to maneuver around in. Shelves are well stocked and checkout is quick and friendly.
Take your own reusable bags in or they have bags to purchase. A large counter is available to pack your items once you've checked out.
I love that each time there are new specialty foods to buy. The weekly Aldi finds are great too. You just never know what you'll come across.
Shopping carts are kept under control; you won't see carts floating around in the parking lot. A quarter unlocks the cart and when you are finished you get your quarter back by locking the cart back into the cart line.
A great place to shop!
We go here about every 3 weeks. We go to another store in turn. But Aldis you can get everything on your list and more. Very clean store and friendly staff. Just bring bags along to bag up your groceries. Or grab a big strong vegetable/fruit box that is empty. That works great too. Bring a quarter to unlock your cart, you'll get it back when you put the cart back.
