Supermarket ALDI reviews
14Can't say enough about Aldi's prices and quality of food. I'm picky too! Fresh foods and organic selections in all categories. Great free trade coffee 4.99 lb
Love the Aldi concept in general and this one is a good location as it's readily accessible from route 1, near Neshaminy Mall. They are a smaller store with an adequate sized parking lot. They don't always have the same things, so it makes for adventurous feeling shopping.
This was the cleanest and most attractive Aldi I've been in. Helpful staff. Great prices.
Good for anything other than poiduce. Also, some of their own brand products are a little off taste and texture wise.
It's less expensive to shop here. If you're not too picky about what you eat, or name brands, this is a great place. I just wish there were more diet sodas varieties.
I was used to a much smaller Aldi in New Jersey, this particular location is so much bigger and has such a wide selection of items compared to my previous store! Would highly recommend, they have a great cheese selection especially and can't beat the prices for anything else.
This one usually is stocked and has what I am looking for. The line was pretty short. My only small complaint was that one of the tomatoes was bad. I could take it back but I'm not going to. The prices are always very good. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The store, including the bathroom is clean. I brought my own bags but there are plenty of boxes in case someone didn't.
Great prices. Very, very friendly staff. Huge selection of food products. Still the best place to shop for food. I just picked up their brand of Oreos. Half the price and tastes the same as the name brand.
Amazing prices, clean and makes my shopping easy. Great session finds, and curbside pickup available. Eating healthy was never easier.
Note: Make sure to bring your own bags, and a quarter for the cart (which you will get back when you return the shopping cart to the corral).
Don't buy staples anywhere else! Flour, sugar, nuts, cheese, canned tuna, oils, frozen dupe chick fil a fillets, frozen fries.the list goes on & on
I like it but rather H Mart. Always only one register open, but I have to admit that last time i was 13th in line, and took me maybe 10 min. I was impressed.
The store was clean and things were organized well and things looked fresh. The staff was very friendly and the cashers were quick at check out and seemed very thoughtful and kind to the customers.
This is my favorite Alde to go to! You will save HUNDREDS by shopping at any Alde. This particular Alde is larger and I feel has more to offer. The Best days to shop for fresh produce are Thursdays to Saturdays. They have a VERY WIDE SELECTION of gadgets and things for your home.
Their candles are the BEST CANDLES I HAVE EVER USED! They are calling Huntington something or other. They will smell your house up perfectly and they are not toxic ect. They are only a few bucks $1.99 to $4.99 for large size candles far better than any Yankee Candle or those Party Light candles I have used.
I did purchase a 4 slice toaster oven for $30 and was super excited about it however when I plugged it in only 3 of the 4 slots worked so I needed to return it.
I SHOPPED this week on a Monday and they did not have alot of things I needed as far as food items. When they are stocked it's fantastic. They usually only have 1 register open and when I shop I'm buying a minimum 3 cart loads totally full or more of food and stuff so it would be helpful to others to have at least 2 people hop onto the register during busy times.
I suggest you bring your own bags and grab boxes as you are shopping to make it super easy to organize your foods in your bags or the boxes you pick up along the way. They do not have paper bags unless you purchase them which is still cheap. Each cart is. 25 so be sure to have change on you if your new to Alde.
For 3 cart loads I usually spend less than $350.00 on everything. At Bjs for that amount I'm typically spending $1,550.00 for what I would get at Alde granted Bjs is in bulk but still Alde is a cheaper option that I really love.
The Good: prices get an excellent rating. The store is clean area and not over crowded. Products are well stocked.
The Bad: Aldi is NOT handicapp friendly they do not offer electric shopping carts that the handicapp or elderly can use. While they may counter this deficit with "we offer delivery and pickup" you need a computer to facilitate this benefit.
The Ugly: Aldi does not offer a phone number at corporate office or chain stores. So asking if they offer electric carts for THE HANDICAPP! And getting an answer that instance is impossible.
