Apartments are ok but the employees are never in the office. When I can actually find someone I am met with rudeness and they are unable to resolve issues presented. I have left several messages in the office and have never received a call back
Maybe the worst place I've ever lived.terrible customer service, rude employees, and everything is broken.
Terrible apartments, terrible service. No AC until classes are over. Elevators are always broken. On move out day residents had to carry all of their luggage down as many as 7 flights of stairs. Recommend not living here if you are looking for a quality apartment.
