Called to get information on a invoice I paid. Was very unprofessional and seemed like anything I asked was returned with attitude. At the end of the call. I was swore at and hung up on. Very unprofessional.

We have been customers of Alexander's since the 1990's. In our current home we have solely depended on them for our well and for plumbing leaks. We recently had what we mistaked for a well problem. Turned out to be a leak at the main water line. Chuck sent Brian out. Poor Brian had no idea what he was getting into. He was professional, hardworking and fixed that leak. We couldn't ask for a better company. Affordable, professional, and kind.

Replaced our water leaking heater quickly on a weekend for a very good price. Put in a water treatment system and I am very happy with it! Excellent service!

Alexander's has always been reliable for fast friendly and most of all affordable compared to other plumbing companies in the area. Anytime in the 20 plus years I have lived here ifbI have ever called them with a plumbing problem from water heater to a sewage pump they are there fast. They are always my first call for plumbing needs

First time using Alexander's to install a new sump pump in May with mine failing in the middle of a rain storm. The tech arrived in under an hour and efficiently installed the new pump in about 90 minutes. He was skilled, knowledgeable and I am pleased with the finished work.

This is singlehandedly the best experience I have ever had. At every point in the repair process this company was fair, was respectful, was empathetic, and just acted as I truly mattered. I will be using them and only them in the future.

Leroy was an excellent worker, putting in a hot water heater and also a sump pump, all in 3 hours. And when he left, no dust or dirt!

Great service & very knowledgeable. I'm a new home owner & they've taken care of me every time. I had a personal 911 w/ a water heater & they showed up within an HR to help me. They don't try to rip you off or sell you things you don't need. They do what you need & keep it moving. Very satisfied w/ work & service ty guys.keep doing what you do. Also side note your tech/plummer told me you take very good care of your guys I love to hear that always willing to support small/local business especially when Ik you take care of your ppl.

We couldn't have asked for better. No water, but everything had power. Called around 1 pm, they were here later that same day, we are up and running.
Response time was incredible. These guys are through in their work. They were kind and polite.
We talked to them about changes in water pressure over time, and decided to go ahead and change the pressure switch. Something we easily could have done ourselves, but it was something that definitely needed to be done, and it helped a local business during "pandemic" times.
The reason we didnt have water was a loose wire, combined with the pressure switch. With a new, and higher pressure switch, we have better pressure and don't have to worry about it failing sometime soon. Which it would have done soon, after taking a look at it.
So, we consider it a tap on the shoulder to get something taken care of before it failed.
All good.
Alexander drilled our well, and we returned to them thinking we might have to replace the pump. Happy we didn't have to. When the time comes, we'll be giving them a call again.
They have always been fair and good to us!

Absolutely no trying to push us for a new this or that. Honest company.

FYI-If you had a bad experience with them, I would consider looking at how you treat people. They have always been kind and decent with us, but we tend to treat people kindly when they arrive.
