Alexandria Apartments and Colonial Gardens

Nice place, but management is horrible. Takes forever for maintenance even for leaky pipes. Then they don't want to repair the dry wall after cutting holes. As long as you pay your rent, they don't want anything to do with you.

Here to start. They are violating tenants rights to privacy. They clame they can come in your home anytime they want with out notice false they must give 24hr notice mandatory and state why. They claim it in out lease and it is not only if there is an emergency according to my lease and state law 1974 Pennsylvania Supreme Court as Commonwealth v Monumenta Properties, Inc
It states a landlord connot come in your home with put permission unless its an emergency and at least 24hr notice mandatory

Tenants have been notifying management about a nice infestation in the complex but it seems as though there is no plan for them. As of late, they have been charged with gratuitous fees for repairs or minor lateness infractions. The pavement of the parking lot is heavily cracked, uneven, and littered with gravel. Repairs are never on time and are rarely completed properly. Please, of all things, fix the infestation. It’s dangerous to those with young children around.

I have been in this apartment for 11 years now. The new apartment manager is very rude and arrogant to her Tennants. She decides when and what maintenance is done. I have put so many work orders in and ul to now, none has been done. She intercepts every email you try to send to corporate. I personally went to corporate office and met no one. I urge corporate to visit the apartment complexes that she manages and seek views from others. The environment is great but the manager doesn't have a good human relationship. Its degrading the morale of the complex.

Management is always very helpful and kind. Although there could be improvements with places where children can play.
