I'm confused but not really. When Takka, food was superb every time. Seeing these reviews, the bad ones may be during this change in management. I'll let ya know after next order. Well I didn't order my usual but did order something I've had before and it wasn't the same at all. A friend who never ate there said it was good but I can't say that. It wasn't bad but lacking alot of something.

The new owners are very respectful. I have had their pizza mmm delicious. We had a spagetti n meatballs with alfredo sauce it was soso good with a nice portion. The cheese was all thru the noodles even at the bottom. I can't wait to try another selection on their menu.

This restaurant is under new management since May 10,2021. Please disregard review done before May 10 2021.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
The food was NASTY. The rueben sandwich I ordered was cold and nasty and they gave me the wrong bread. The garlic Parmesan wings were so nasty that my boyfriend didn’t even finish them. They had no flavor. They had some mystery stuff on one of the celery sticks, the fries were sitting in a pool of oil, and the fries had nooooo flavor. The food was bland and also made our stomachs hurt after eating the little that we ate. I called the store to tell them my experience and what was wrong with the food and the owner Alex didn’t care and said “I don’t know what to tell you”. He took absolutely no accountability for how bad the food was and even blamed the people for their bad ratings on Google and he said that was under different management (which is a lie). I still ordered after I read some of the other ratings on Google and I’m telling you DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

The best kitchen in the food cooking industry of Philadelphia food chain restaurants operations. So go there n eat the taste is gooooooooooo[d my fellings?

I was very impressed with the service and the salmon burger platter I had was very delicious I will be ordering from them again

Yes I love the food when they took over the old takka I was waiting for Kevin to change the menu and when he did I was hype lol I would say you have to try their food you wouldn’t be mad at all the fruit punch juice is to die for FYI lol

I am extremely pleased with the service at Alex's kitchen. The chef actually delivered my order himself to assure that I was pleased. Now THAT'S great customer service. Kudos to Alex's Kitchen!

Besides that is expensive it’s also super bad they have no clue about pizza I asked for Buffalo pizza and it wasn’t even close to that and mushroom pizza it’s not even mushroom! TOTAL DISGUSTING

This place was terrible! I ordered salmon and rice with shrimp I didn’t even receive salmon can’t tell u what type of fish it was but it wasn’t salmon called back and they tell me oh we sell this all the time and your the only complaint! Clearly people that order from here don’t know what their eating cause I’m dam sure it wasn’t what I ordered! I promise I won’t order from here again!

This experience was one terrible mess. The woman who prepared our order should be ashamed. 1 HR and a half for delivery. She even called to see if we wanted cheese on the Ceasar salad and we didnt get it. 5 Alerts to our phone that the food was coming. When it did arrove we got bount soggy food. The It was Horrible and had to wind up cooking any way. I HOPE THE MONEY was worth lossing a customer thats only a few blocks.

I am trying to call and order a pizza, someone answered and hung up. I called back two more times and it just rang. Sounds like they dont want to answer the phone. Do not order from a business that cant puck up a phone and serve people who want to e their customer. I've actually ordered from them before and never recieved this treatment. Good riddance. Dominos is always willing to serve its customers.
