Alima African Hair Braiding reviews
10Took her time getting started was on the phone taking forever. Started my hair then someone else came in stops my hair to do the other women hair then got mad cause I got tired waiting started falling asleep while she was doing my hair. She intentionally braided my hair so tight my hair came out as I was taking them out I couldn’t bare the pain.
My hair looks a mess. Got it braided on Sunday. She made my braids big. Showed her 2 different pictures how my hair is suppose to be. Parts are so big. I have to wear a hat r scarf everyday
Well they can braid, I give it a 4 because the place needs to get cleaned up and 2 it’s very pricey and 3 the lady was a lil aggressive on my small head like she was mad at me.
The worst they will pull all your hair out and not professional at all try to make you pay when they do four braids or individuals this shop stink and is dirty your hair will only last maybe two weeks before unraveling. Don’t waste your time or money here please please
I gave a one because I have to. However I will not return there. They are dirty! They do not wear mask unless you ask them to put one on. They have family in and out with out mask and sick children spreading germs until I requested they be removed. The Health department need to shut them down especially during covid. I will never go there again!
Very nice.very professional hair braiding neat and they take pride in doing the best they can do for you and your hair.i will be a returning customer.
This place was overpriced and the quality of the braiding did not match the pricing the young lady was trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for knotless braids which she seemed to not really want to do in the first place and then the braids came out of a horrible quality she didn't braid them down enough and they were looking a mess before two weeks I went to kd's on woodland Ave and they did a really nice job on my hair really was a big difference and my hair lasted for just about two months i'll be going to kd's from now on
Great work. Attention to detail. But braised are VERY spaced out in the back. Not really micros look, but well done braids.
I did not like this place at all, I wanted a sew in but, it didn't turn out right. So, I decided to go to Adamas Hair Braiding at 6418 woodland Avenue and they got my hair looking right okkayyy! Dont go here, go to Adamas instead, and I recommend getting your hair done by Marly.
