The new girl at the desk, Bree, is terrible. I have to call to check if I have an appointment because I no longer get reminder calls. When I do go to check in for my appointment or go to reschedule a new one, she seems put out she has to do any work, usually she is busy on her cellphone. New generation of "workers", I guess.

Pathetic, overrated, not mindful of patients: time, money or circumstances.

Bordering on unethical assessments and findings if they don't outright cross the line the willingness to lie and fabricate results should not be overlooked when considering this place.

Horrible service providers, but what I would I know with my degree in psychology?

Only wish that zero stars was an option.

I was a patient here and I had a therapist who didn't help me at all and she even lied on me to an attorney that was involved in a personal injury case, after that I never went back I would not recommend this place sad that someone would lie on you when they are supposed to help you

I was made to take a a test. My 72-year-old mother had to fill out over 300 questions about my personality life skills and other facts about my living skills in personality. She has a high enough time controlling her own thoughts and actions. She likes to control what I'm doing. She had a good time! I can throw out my own questionnaire about my personality and my life skills not my 72-year-old mother. I can handle myself. I'm not a 5-year-old!

I used to really like this practice. However I am extremely unhappy with the way they have recently handled themselves. My son is due for a reevaluation which needed done within a specific time period, I called multiple times over a 3 week time period. I was told that they would call me back to schedule and they took down the dates the evaluation would need done by. I never received a call back. I called today and was told they no longer do evaluations.
I should have been called proactively so that I would have had time to make my appointment elsewhere. Instead I was misled multiple times into thinking I didnt need to do that.
Extremely unprofessional.
